The service and food were amazing!!! The one downside was the fact that the employees took all of the front lot parking. We arrived at 11:00 when they open so I know that those were all employee cars. When I worked in service and retail, we parked in the back. As a customer, I had to park next to the dumpster. That’s unacceptable.

They only have the staff with the food come to your table on their own for about the first 20 minutes. After that they essentially force you to ask a server for the specific meat that you want. I would rather that they raise the price rather than this form of cost cutting. I will try Texas de Brazil. This was my last time going to a Fogo.

Kids love the whole experience. its loud and crowded so not relaxing in any way but food is nice if you go hungry. Salad bar is too small for volume of people ie too crowded. servers attentive although drinks often get missed. its like a meat market place.

The Oak Brook location has monthly events that I really like to attend. Some events are more expensive than others but always worth it for the quality of food you enjoy.

We celebrated my mom’s 50th birthday at Fogo de Chão, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Elijah, our server, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our special occasion. It was our first time dining here, and the food and service exceeded all expectations. We will definitely be back!

Had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes to get seated; no place to set while waiting. Many other people there who also had reservations and had to wait a long time to get tables. Entryway was packed and it was difficult to hear names getting called and to maneuver through the space. Food was excellent and worth the money (spent over $500 on dinner), though it would have been nice if the gauchos could have come around more frequently and a few of them didn’t really stop long enough to make sure everyone got a chance to say they wanted something (others were better at this). Chicken and garlic picanha came around only once for the entire 1.5 hours we were there and at a time when 1/2 the table was getting their sides. It is VERY loud there due to a combination of number of patrons and music. Turning the music down to a slightly lower volume would have been nice because it would have made it feel less like it was competing with the dinner conversations of multiple tables. Would definitely recommend it but to get a better experience you need to know what to expect and be a bit more savvy about how everything works. We also loved that the celiacs in our party could eat there comfortably without much worry of cross-contamination, which is rare when eating out.
