Salad bar was fantastic Meat was slow to come around but perhaps that's to be expected during lunch Service was excellent

We went on 9/12 for the bar experience, but ended up having dinner. It was my friends first time there and we wanted her to enjoy herself. Let me preface this by saying that I live in Arlington. I typically go to the Fogo in Addison. I never have any problems and they're always professional. At the one in Irving, service was ok, food was not very good, the manager was horrible! His name, BTW, is Andrew. Where we were seated, we were often forgotten, so I let our server know. Then we started getting a little more service(meat service, that is). We requested ribs and chicken, but never got it. Our server never brought out our shared side dishes. When we asked for the manager, we were told a manager would be at our table, but 15 minutes later, no manager. A guy finally came to our table to refill our water glasses, I asked again if we can see a manager. He says, I'm a manager. Really, because we've been waiting on a manager. He was rude, almost hit me in the face a few times while never taking accountability for any wrongdoings. Needless to say, we won't be going back to the Fogo de Chao in Irving. We don't even know what we paid for.

I have visited this location 3 times; two visits were great, and one was okay. But the latest time was Sunday brunch, right as they opened, and it was the best of all experiences. The food was super fresh; the meat was perfectly cooked & hot when it came to the table. The service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive. I will be back, especially on a weekend soon as they open.

The food was very good but our waiter and the staff with the meat hardly came to our table. We had to go find them. The restaurant was very busy and our table felt neglected. This was a birthday dinner for my daughter who turned 20.

had such a wonderful experience with my boyfriend for our anniversary. neither of us had ever been before but we enjoyed ourselves so much. servers were very attentive and helpful. the food was delicious and they also gave us a complimentary dessert!

I was excited to take my wife here to celebrate her birthday. We normally go to Texas de Brazil but since this restaurant just opened and we were staying down the street, I figured we would give it a try. The main waitress that assisted us was a strawberry blonde with a long pony tail, never got her name. She asked if we were celebrating anything and I told her it was my wife’s birthday where she then proceeded to tell us she would get a complimentary dessert. The food was wonderful, water could’ve gotten refilled a bit more often but overall the dinner itself was amazing. When it got time to get the dessert and check is where things took a turn for the wrong direction. We made it known to our waitress we were done eating, she then said she would bring us a dessert menu for my wife to choose her dessert. Great. Then, 30 minutes go by and she’s walked past us multiple times, serviced each table on either side of us and took their dessert order while completely ignoring us. Finally a waiter comes over and clears our dinner plates and asks if we would like our check. My wife didn’t even want to bother with the dessert anymore. We didn’t leave until 7:50 and we sat down for dinner at 6pm and finished eating at 7:10. The waitress never came over and apologized. To spend $150 on dinner and to experience that is inexcusable. I felt so bad my wife had to deal with this service for her birthday dinner and we will never be going back.

Nice environment, plenty of servers to check on you. Food you can request items not in rotation and it comes hot and fresh. The start of the experience for us was the Picanha and medallion bacon wrapped beef and chicken. The market place was a nice addition. The desert is the best so pace yourself and save room.

We arrived a little close to closing time; the service was excellent. However, the food wasn't as good compared to other Brazilian steakhouses, and the overall ambiance doesn't match the price. Nonetheless, the waitstaff's service was outstanding
