Took my wife for valentines Saturday night it was packed had reserved for 7:30 finally got seated at 8:45 . But it was worth the wait.

Let's start with the server. The waiter took our drinks order and disappeared. He never came back with the drinks (simple three cokes). We had to ask another server for water and the drinks 10 minutes later. We started eating and were about to flip the card to get meat. Once we got our drinks, my cup was empty within a few minutes, and no one came for a refill or asked if I wanted another one. I had to stop at a different server and ask for more water because it was also empty. The meat servers were amazing, bringing meat every time. Again, when I asked for the check, I had to ask a different server about the dessert menu and the check because no one came to ask how I was during my visit. That server told us the desserts were in the house for the inconvenience and then charged us for the dessert. To summarize, the food was great, but the service was terrible and needed a lot of improvement.

Loved the food everything was great just did not like the waiting time was there for an hour and a half waiting for a table

My wife and I came here for the Full Churrasco Experience on Valentines Day. So keep in mind, it was extremely busy and cold. They had one employee in the front, dealing with walk-ins and checking in people who had reservations. I felt she needed a little help as there was a long line outside. I walked up to the front to see if I could just check-in for my reservation and was told I had to wait in line after another customer complained that two people right before me had done what I was attempting to do. Mind you, I fully understand the customers who complained as they also stated they had a reservation, so I made no issue about it, nor could I, as I would be in the wrong. However, I did get annoyed after waiting in line, and it was our turn to check in for our reservation and the same employee who told me I had to wait in line allowed someone to walk up and check-in on their reservation. I understand that different situations may dictate different service accommodations, but there was nothing wrong with this customer. So, if the policy is to wait in line even to check in for a reservation, then they needed someone who could uphold it. FOOD: The meat cuts from the Picanha, Filet Mignon to Fraldinha were all tender and flavorful. I didn't bother with the chicken, lamb, or pork as I was there for the fire roasted steaks (maybe next time). However, their salad bar could have used a bit more attention. A few of the items at the bar tasted a little stale. SERVICE: The gaucho chefs were attentive and polite, offering us the different type of meat cuts as they came out. The waiters ensured our cups were always full. In conclusion, with the service, the only issue I had was at check-in & 50 min. wait. AMBIANCE: It was dim but not dark. My wife and I enjoyed it as it had a nice vibe. VALUE: As I stated before, the meat cuts that I had were great, but the salad bar, not so much. I'm guessing because it was Valentine's Day, I paid more for the experience and ambiance.

Everything was great once we were seated. They completely over booked for Valentines day. Even with a reservation we had to wait for almost 2 hours. Once we were seated food was great and service was great.

Food was great! Just confused on who our server was. Had to wait over 15 mins just to get our drinks while other tables received theirs in a timely manner

My experience at Fogo de chao was great but we did have to wait a extra 1 hour to get seated but overall it was a great experience

The restaurant decided to host reservation slots only to completely disregard their own policy. We then waited an hour and a half just to be served while trying to eat the complementary bites that seem to never be full. When we did get in the restaurant, we practically got ignored by the staff. Will never put my romantic evening in the hands of fogo de chao again
