We had to wait for about 10 minutes or so before someone acknowledged us. Then we had to wait for about 15 minutes for our drinks. We also had to speak with the manager as they were not brining any of the meats to our table.

This fogo de chao gives all other locations a bad name. Waiters don’t care, the food is cold, you’ll get your bread accompaniment probably before the check if you’re lucky, they have all of 5 meats for 63.50 per person. It’s a scam. Go anywhere else.

Worst Fogo I’ve ever been too. Service was awful. Meats SUPER slow to come out. Had to ask for clean plates and new sides as well as refills on soda.

It took 45 mins to get my first piece of meat. And only got offered more when I asked. Horrible service.

Great outing at Fogo de Chao. The ambience is really nice. I will say the National Harbor location does appear smaller than the other ones that I’ve been to, but have twice better views. Irrespective please visit. I will be going back.

This was a bad night. I come to the events each month. This time I invited several special guests. My mother and best friend got their birthday. Plus (4) other guests which one was also celebrating his birthday. First they accused us of not having a reservation for the special event. Then I was neglected for most of the night. The staff was not really enthused. My previous experiences have always been great, however. Ultimately Jonathon and Miguel were great. Just not sure what happened here.

It was a slow weeknight, but the service was very slow. I had to order the same drink 3 times before it was delivered to the table and then they brought the wrong drink. Our table couldn’t get water service or side dishes, but the meat was well prepared and served quickly.

Need a bigger location. Everyone was too close to one another. People walking and squeezing through the tables. I want be back to this location. The set up for the salad bar for the hot food wasn't appealing. Upon arrival the hostess (female) wanted to sit me and my husband for his birthday at the bar area because there was no where to sit us after making reservations for his birthday. I told her No. She said we would have to wait a couple minutes. Then a couple who came in 10 mins after me she sat them before me at a table ready. Disappointed

I recently visited **Fogo de Chão at National Harbor** on **September 7th, 2024**, to celebrate my cousin's birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional service, particularly by **Joseph Anthony Israel**, who went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. His attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. The food, as always, was phenomenal. The selection of meats was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, and the sides and salads were fresh and delicious. Each course was served with impeccable timing, and Joseph made sure our table was always well-attended, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy the evening to the fullest. If you're looking for top-notch service and outstanding food, **Fogo de Chão at National Harbor** is the place to go, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Joseph Anthony Israel take care of you. I can't recommend it enough for special occasions or simply a great night out!
