It was a horrible experience, not recommended. They didn't bring the meat spits. It took 15 minutes for them to bring me the spits until I asked why they didn't bring them to the table.

Great all day happy hour for drinks. We got the seafood tower and it was both impressive and delicious. Great presentation. Friendly staff. The only room for improvement I would note is how long it takes for drinks to come out after ordering them. At least 10-15 minutes both times we ordered a drink. Overall a good first time experience though!

Little upsetting that we had to wait almost an extra 10 minutes upon our arrival due to not having a table for a party of 4. Wouldn’t let that ruin the evening though. Other than that, dinner experience was amazing. Definitely coming back.

Negatives: Seated 20 minutes after our reservation. Went long spells with no meat coming around. Should list all vegetarian things at salad bar (or at least list all non-veg friendly (including if soup has meat stock base). Extra market to table was added to our bill. Family said meat was quite salty several times. Pros: Family liked several meats My chilean sea bass wasn’t dry (expensive though for a piece of fish served with just asparagus that wasn’t nice) Customer service person, Lucas, was very nice Complimentary birthday dessert for my husband’s birthday

A friend and I have started going to these monthly events that Fogo de Chão puts on. The wine pairing from last month was fantastic, as was the month before. This month’s being cocktail centric just wasn’t as good – and may have been just because the cocktails weren’t really designed to work with the food like wine usually is. I’ll definitely be going back when they have the wine pairing events again, but I may skip the cocktail ones . That said, I gotta give it to the bartenders. They don’t make weak drinks 🤣

Service is bad. The server of the table only show up twice. Check in/out. I have to call other servers for help.

The meat selection was really tasteful but the service was terrible, there was only 5 meats in rotation when on the menu there should have been over 10+. Took over 20 minutes to get our drinks, 30 minutes for wine. At the end of our birthday dinner it took another 20 minutes to get our dessert, we didn’t see one server in sight for a good 10 minutes which was very strange. Our bill was $330 for 4 people and I don’t think it should have been that expensive for a very mid experience

We visited for a birthday and it was not the best. We made various requests throughout the night and we were not really followed up on. We did not necessarily feel tended to and it was clear the staff was new or not experienced. We would have hoped for better. A great part of this experience was the market table. The market table was fully replenished and we enjoyed that. We hope for better service in the future as the food was good despite subpar service.
