This was our second visit to the Lynnwood location. We were seated right by the entrance. Service was poor. Always had to wait long for our server and ask for water. Meat options were limited and they came slowly. Towards the end someone else started attending us but it was difficult to locate her when needed. We were ready to forgo the ordered dessert after almost half hour and asked for our check, which seemed to have reminded her of their negligence. It took another 10 minutes to finally get the check with the dessert—cheesecake—which turned out to be the highlight of our visit. Couldn’t find either server to pay so we asked another server to help us. Many tables were clean and unoccupied so we did not see the reason for such lack of service. It was a poor experience for what was supposed to be a birthday celebration.

Everything was good except for the services. I made a reservation and they seated us early but no one bother bring us even glasses of water when we sat down, then 20 minutes later someone came over and ask what we want, we did the all you can eat of course. They brought us utensils but no tongs. Still did not brought us water. Men with skewers came around but we had no plates yet. We did not get our mashed potatoes and plantains until middle of our meal. They never brought us the Brazilian cheese balls and I had ask a few times. No one really came around to check on us. Some of the guys with the meat would literally walk passed our table and our card was both still on green. It was not busy. It was a Sunday around 3pm.

The place is quite nice, contemporary design. Luckily I made a reservation through open table so I didn't have to wait long to get a table. When we sat down, the host didn't tell us who our server was, he just put the menus away and left. After 15 minutes the server came and even then I had to keep looking here and there to get the server's attention to come to our table. The salad bar has quite a lot of variations and the carrot ginger soup is delicious. Usually the waiter comes with pan de quejo, but this time they didn't. I had to ask one of the supervisors on duty. The waiter didn't take the dirty plates from the table. They only took them when they brought the main dishes we ordered. Very inefficient. Only people from the group ordered "A FOGO TRADITION the CHURRASCO EXPERIENCE", because the three of us didn't eat meat. The two of us waited a long time for Gauchos to come to our table, even though the round card they gave us was already green. The service was very unpleasant. Gauchos were never seen going around to each table. The table behind us even approached one of the servers because they had been waiting for 20 minutes without any server serving them. For a restaurant like this, the service must be very well looked after.

Had a very nice evening here with my wife for our anniversary. The food, atmosphere and service was all very good, my only complaints are that it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and that the fruit at the salad bar wasn't quite ripe yet; the kiwis were hard and sour and cantelope just was also hard and a little tastless. That being said, those things were hardly the main course, and we did the Churrasco experience, which was excellent, I have no complaints about that. The rest of the salad bar was delicious as well. Our waitress was great, and as a former waiter and bartender, I understand that you are waiting on the bartender to make the drinks and in a rush sometimes that can be delayed. The only reason I bring it up is in the interest of full disclosure and the difference between a 4 star (very good) rating and a 5 star (outstanding) rating. Overall, we had a great time and left very full and satisfied. We will absolutely be back!

We truly enjoyed our meal, but especially loved the cordial and attentive service from our wait staff - callouts to Lucas and Nick. It was a lovely date night for my husband and I!

The food was really good. Very fresh. The only thing was they didn’t honor the $39 special even though I put it down as a special request so we paid $67 per person instead of the $39.

It was a great experience. The bartender cared about our opinions and made great drinks. The staff was very attentive and the food was fantastic

Our server Brooke was fantastic!!! Our table was in a bad spot for a party of 9 we were squished in the back corner and it was tight and hard for the servers to serve the food and the table was small for 9 people. There were much more accessible tables in the center of the restaurant that had no one sitting there the entire night. Precious times we have come the table side service was fast and abundant. This time I felt like we constantly had to ask Brooke to ask them to bring certain things by because they were not coming by with anything other than the cheaper cuts like the bottom round sirloin and regular top sirloin. We were never served any pork and only was brought chicken once and we asked multiple times for the Parmesan crusted pork. The grilled cheese and honey also did not come till the last moment after we had paid which was disappointing. This was the poorest experience we had but Brooke most definitely made up for the lack of food service and quality with her amazing personality and care.
