Food was good but meats came out slow. Service was very slow. Restaurant was less than half full, yet we still Waited to be seated even with a reservation, and then waited for a waiter to greet us once we got seated and waited awhile for the check. Spending $67 a person I expect much better service.

We made reservations at 6pm but didn’t get seated till 6:35pm. That’s the only issue I had but other than that everything was okay.

It was awful, the meat was under seasoned, they were out of mashed potatoes, service was very slow, and the chicken was undercooked.

A few of food selections in the salad bar and if you make reservations, you’ll wait to get seat more than 15 minutes. There are always lot of people! The meats are excellent and drinks. The customer service is great. Polite and friendly staff.

First time visitors ~ We had a reservation @4:30pm on a Friday. A few tables we already active. It was fairly quiet. Music was at just the right level. Server could have done a better job explaining the water/drink prices. sparkling water was like $8 for the bottle :( But it was good. a few of the meat cuts were a little over cooked. But the majority of the cuts were Excellent :) Soft drinks could have been refilled a bit more often. Our waiter did kinda disappear on us when it was time for the check... Had to ask for our waiter after 10mins... However are overall experience was very good. Good for a couple(s) night out. Too expensive for family dinning.

Way less selection than normal brunch. No waffles, no roasted potatoes, did not see all varieties of meats. Berries were sad and squished in the bowl. Service was very slow. Overall disappointed in todays visit

Had $39 The best of brazil special . It was really good for the money! You get a lot from the regular menu except for few things but that didn’t bother us!

Reserve at 6pm. Offered water and bread while waiting to be seated, none served. Seated at 6:30pm and eating dinner without water served. Soiled napkins under the table. We have to get our own water from the bar as I have a child that might choke on his food. Ambience is chaotic, hostess is already helping clean and prepare tables. Waiters apologized for being late in serving. Please anticipate more guest on the weekend especially if there’s a promo. None of this could happen if proper staffing were done.

I don’t know what all the hype is about. The food was average at best. We had at least 3 servers, but none of them ever came to check on us. It was so loud and hectic. No ambiance whatsoever. I expected there to be some kind of Brazilian vibe, but it was really just a Cheesecake Factory with meat on skewers. I won’t be going back.
