I am a huge fan of FOGO. Last night, it was off. Way less meat selections in the EXPERIENCE, young waiter who was clueless telling us they don't serve unsweetened iced tea. Continually being interrupted by servers asking if everything is OK or what dishes they could clear away, over the top. No signature cheese bread was put on table and sides were brought out too early and got cold. Staff continued to seem out of sync asking the same questions, like they werent working together. All staff are kind and pleasant, just a mediocre night.

My son chose to go here for his 17th birthday dinner family. There were 8 of us. 7 adults 1 child. 6 ordered the full experience, 1 child and 1 Brazilian. We didn’t know they made a mistake and put down everyone for Brazilian. We realized no one was offered the higher end cuts and asked. For a restaurant of this caliber that was a very disappointing mistake. Then we were charged for 6 full when we addressed it with the server. 2 of us didn’t want it at the point they realized the mistake. In any case we should have been given the lower experience or comped. By the time it was realized it wasn’t enjoyed as much as it would have been had they been offered at first. We have eaten there a few times and this time failed our expectations. I have sent further details through your restaurant website form. I also need to note we never got one drink that my sister in law ordered even after she asked if they had it- unsweetened ice tea. It wasn’t on bill. Not once did a manager once over after we alerted the server to our concerns and we had so many different servers it was difficult to know who was in charge of our table.

Meat was excellent. My wife ordered fish and it came not cooked. We asked to be cooked more. It came back cold and with the wrong vegetables. The manager was very nice and gave my wife steak at N/C.

Waited over an hour for our table. No updates and no knowledge that the wait would be that long. It was daughter’s 12th birthday celebration and my children were tired and hungry eating after 9pm. Front desk wasn’t even apologetic or honest. The manager did offer us shots and 2 desserts after requesting to speak with her. The servers were great. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back.

The restaurant was able to accommodate our large group of 15. The service and food was great - I would come back if I’m in town.

The food made me sick I through up after I left I’m not sure why because all I had was salmon , the mash potatoes and the sweet plantains. The service unfortunately wasn’t how it’s been before. I’ve been here before but for a Friday night date night I’m disappointed and wish I went somewhere else . On top of the fact I got sick to my stomach when I left .
