Can’t say enough good things about Fogo activate best of the best. Great food and service and will return again and again.

Came here for dinner and to celebrate birthdays. I advised the hostess about the 2 celebrants so they can surprise the celebrants and bring the birthday cake at the end of the meal. We got seated but had to wait 20 minutes before the server came to get us started on our meal and the baby was getting cranky. While my company got to the salad area, I reminded the server about the surprise birthday cake and said he will check on it. We hardly saw our server during the entire dining experience. When we were done, I asked for the check and assumed he would bring out the birthday cake. Again, he just passed us by and after 15 minutes I got up and asked the hostess for our check and the birthday cake while I stopped by at the restroom. I left the gift card with my daughter to pay. When I came back to the table, the server processed the payment but didn’t bring out the surprise birthday cake while the table next to us had their birthday cake served. The service was so slow and very poor tonight. I should’ve not left a tip coz he didn’t deserve it for bad service! So disappointed with the poor service we received tonight!

The restaurant was a bit small. It was really noisy and I didn’t feel like the meats really came around. The waiter was great but the ambiance definitely lacking.

Fabulous food served in a fun and entertaining way. Great and consistent service. A little pricey but well worth it!

This was our second visit to a Fogo de Chao, the first in Brea a few months ago and this time in HB. We sat on the patio with live music and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and constantly checked on our needs at the right time. If I were to adjust anything, I would have wished the music was a little lower as there were four of us talking a lot, and sometimes it was hard to hear. This said, the band still did an excellent job entertaining us while we ate and drank outside.

Food is good. Majority of greaters/front table seaters need more experience how to manage steating and work in customer service.

This is our second time dinning at Fogo de Chao. The Market buffet had wilted salads and everything looked dried out. My husband and myself ordered the fish dish to share for $90 and the server split it into four or five small plates. Our table was a mess, My father had the experience dinner and we had to ask several times for him to try the rib eye and filet. They never came around with the chicken or lamp chop. They only filled our water glass once and didn't clear dishes, I had to move them over to a dirty table next to us. The best thing was the desserts and I bet the don't even make them.

The service can be good or slow sometimes. The people bringing the meat are pretty good. Sometimes you have to be proactive and ask for the meats you want they don’t always bring them out.

The seats/chairs were too tight and made use feel squished. The servers with the skewers would often omit some of us and only feed some of our guests, even with the green circle facing up. It’s better with a part of 4 or less.
