We had a great experience with our party of 8. The staff was very accommodating and Marcela, our waitress, gave us an outstanding service. Her attentiveness and willingness to make sure we were taken care was noticed by everyone of our party and complemented. The food and caipiroska with Tito's were great!

I was celebrating Mom’s 86th birthday. Service was rushed at first when we had not even ordered drinks. Then waiter was not very attentive and it was a mission to get her back. Love this place and its a good value; however, i wish they have better organization and better coordination. Person cutting the meat splashed meat blood over my mothers blouse . We never realized it until later since it was on the back of her blouse .. they need to work on attention to details…

Great experience here. Selected this restaurant for my brother’s bday dinner and it turned out very well. Marcella managed our table and she was phenomenal, even singing a re-mixed happy bday song for my brother.😁 And Nelson, one of the carvers was so very personable and helpful when there was a specific meat the bday boy was waiting on, he ensured it was brought over. We def had a good experience especially thanks to Marcella and Nelson.

The food was delicious and fabulous as always. My only complaint was there was NOT enough frequency of the gauchos coming around with enough selection. It was disappointing!

This was the sweet tomatoes of steak houses. Very few things were good. The quality of meats were terrible and basically inedible. We never saw any of the nicer cuts like filet on the floor and we asked several times for those meats to be brought around. It was a horrible experience and felt similar to a cruise ship dinner. Skip this one for sure. Update ***called to speak to manager, put on infinite hold. You know exactly who I am. I had a reservation through open table where they share my contact info.
