Really was looking forward to the event because I wanted to taste Silver Oat wine again. They were delicious. Food was OK. Mashed potatoes were cold; had to request a new plate. Not crazy about dish for Pinot Noir. Pork belly chunks could have been smaller dice. Dessert was bland. They didn't accept the coupon for making charitable donation that they trick us into donating in the first place. Never said beforehand that it was only good for regular meals. We wouldn't have donated if they were transparent about it

We all enjoyed the full experience. The food was great and the gaucho was very attentive. He brought rare cuts to those who wanted rare and well done to those who wanted well done. He remembered our requests and served us accordingly. Everything was delicious and the meats were nice and hot when they came to the table. The waitstaff was attentive also. It was a great birthday lunch! Can't wait to return!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I arrived with a reservation and clearly communicated to the hostess twice that my party does not eat pork and requested no bacon or pork dishes. Unfortunately, the waitresses frequently offered items with bacon, and one of the steaks was mistakenly consumed before we realized it was wrapped in bacon. At the end of our meal, Daniel, a supervisor, approached our table to check on us. When I explained the issues we encountered, he apologized but then returned to assert that there was no note of our dietary restrictions on the check-in bill, implying I was lying. His response was dismissive and left me feeling unheard. He didn't offer a discount or any resolution for the service failures we experienced. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the service and the lack of professionalism from the staff, particularly from Daniel. It seems there is a significant gap in training and communication that needs to be addressed.

They hardly come around with meats. Got lamb once and kept asking for them to come by with lamb and never came.

Place was crowded and not enough meat was coming to our table. Had to ask more than three times to have meat. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
