We tend to go to the one in Beverley Hills but decided to come to this one to experience something new. We were a party of 8 so we sat on the corner which was nice since it was on the busy side. We were upsold on the full experience and we were excited to try the premium meats. The line was insane to get the cold food which is fine since it was on the busy side, but what was sad is that there wasn’t any organization. No clear signs of where we get our plates, people were trampling over each other majority of things were empty or dirty. Took an extremely long time to get food (not bc it was busy) but everyone was confused as to where to start, people were bumping against the people that were sitting by the plates. We then are excited to get meats but only sausage would come, at most we only got 2 premium meats to try!! That’s so crazy! When we asked for big pieces or for double but they wouldn’t comply! Not all of our table could get some since by the time they would come to us they barely had anything. They would promise to come but they WOULD NEVER COME BACK! Our server was no where to be found, no help, we just sat and waited for the experience that we were promised. We got fountain drinks, wine, and beer, and even dessert (basically we wanted the experience, didn’t mind the paying the price for it). Sadly we didn’t get the full experience! We ended up paying for $600… for basic meats, with bad service. This place left me desiring more… I’m sadden because I this place ruined it so bad for us, that we won’t even be going to the Beverly one. This is just a “fancy buffet” I would stay away. I’ll share my experience, on Google reviews, yelp and here. Thank you! Good luck may the odds be with you.

Made a reservation and was seated on time however, service was lacking as we waited for at least 15 minutes for them to go back and offer meat. We asked our waitress twice that we were not served and we also asked her that we wanted to try a couple of things. Waitress also did not follow through on her word that she will be back with a complimentary dessert as we were celebrating something. Waitress name is Fabi.

Great experience! Food was delicious and the servers keep coming by to offer a tasting of the meats.

Very nice atmosphere. Excellent selection of choices that you get anywhere, plus several more than normal. Pricey but worth every penny!

I love coming to this location is close to where I live and nicer since it’s newer than the other locations nearby. Had a super early dinner yesterday and it was not that busy yet, but the guys who brings the meats around were moving slow. Maybe it was still early that’s why they were taking their time or the meats were not ready yet. Anyhow I will still come here on weekdays, during lunch time!

We were able to make a same-day reservation for a party of 4 with no hassle. We arrived a little early, and the hostess made sure to let us know that our table was still being prepared. Our server was very friendly and made sure to attend to any of our needs. Very satisfied with our visit.

Service was very slow. Even the couple sitting next to us complained about the service. One of the ladies in the wait staff was rude. We could tell she didn’t want to serve us because when we asked her for something as she sped past us. She replied “I’m not in this area anymore” the quality of the meats has changed over the years. It’s just not as good. Too much to pay for subpar food and service

It was out 9year anniversary and I was in the mood for some Fogo we got sat down really quickly with the reservation, but it went all down hill from there got greeted by the server who took our drink order and was going to bring us some water which never happed after waiting 15 minutes he came by again and then proceeded to asked if we need water refill which I replied to well we never got water or our drinks then again waited 10 more minutes which then I had to ask couple of servers and managers to get our drinks. Food service was very slow we left in less then an hour very disappointing!
