The quality of service just went back down to how it was when the restaurant first opened. It seemed like they were extremely short staffed, and the whole place seemed poorly managed. We were at the restaurant for 2.5 hours and probably spent 40-50% of the time waiting, which was terrible since we were there celebrating my son's birthday.

Los meseros se portaron muy ambles y nos trajeron cortes especiales ala mesa ya que no había rotación de carnes y solo estaban ofreciendo los básicos apesar de que pagamos el paquete más caro

A great place when you have special company coming to visit. I recommend the “experience” for your first time. There’s a lot of good cuts such as filet and lamb. You can have as much as you want. I love the char on outside of the juicy beef and lamb cuts. It’s just right and compliments the rest of the bite n flavor. You can ask for a specific temperature too. It was warm outside so the icy mint and cucumber infused drink was refreshing. Will go again.

We went for my birthday dinner as our granddaughters had not been before. The initial service was good and everyone enjoyed the meal and the pace of the entrees being delivered. However, once the main course was over, it took too long to clear our table and get dessert menus to us. the desserts were good, but then getting a chck for our meal was another lengthy process (our original waitperson never did resurface and her replacement seemed overwhelmed).

The food for some reason was not the same compared to the Beverly Hills and Irvine locations. While servers did come by with different meat choices, certain meats were not brought to our area until we ended dinner. Some of the followups with service staff, such as condiment refills, were missed a few times. Some servers were very friendly, while others seemed like they didn’t want to be there. If I ever crave Fogo, I will likely go to the other locations.

Food was good but there was a 15 min gap while we waited for food after turning over our markers. Waiter walked by table twice and never stopped to say anything Had to flag him down to ask. Paid for the premium upgrade and they only brought out 1 style of meat vs the 4 that was offered

We did reserve and wait an additional 30mins to be seated but we did go for dinner on fathers day so theres that. Seated outside and everything flowed well. It was our first time and the floor management made sure the premium cuts came our way which was (10/10). Great experience and would do it again

I don’t eat enough to get real value from this restaurant but I like the food, the vibe and the friendly service. My teenage son, on the other hand, most likely makes up for me several times over.
