Service was very slow. Even the couple sitting next to us complained about the service. One of the ladies in the wait staff was rude. We could tell she didn’t want to serve us because when we asked her for something as she sped past us. She replied “I’m not in this area anymore” the quality of the meats has changed over the years. It’s just not as good. Too much to pay for subpar food and service

It was out 9year anniversary and I was in the mood for some Fogo we got sat down really quickly with the reservation, but it went all down hill from there got greeted by the server who took our drink order and was going to bring us some water which never happed after waiting 15 minutes he came by again and then proceeded to asked if we need water refill which I replied to well we never got water or our drinks then again waited 10 more minutes which then I had to ask couple of servers and managers to get our drinks. Food service was very slow we left in less then an hour very disappointing!

The food is always good but we waited over 45 mins for them to serve the meats your table.

When we got to the restaurant for our 730 p reservation, we werent seated until 8 pm. Our server greeted us with a tray full of dirty dishes, told us we would have 2 servers but the other server never came to check in until to pick up the check and we werent even sure if she was our server at the end. Every cut of the meat was offered with no plate in front of us so we had to ask for a plate, they gave us a small bread plate for our steak dinner so we had to eat dinner on a tiny plate all night. All the food was very underwhelming, the meats were not seasoned properly at all so we had to season our meats ourselves at the table. It made sense why they had salt and pepper on the table. After paying, our server came back to get the signed bill, with AGAIN after clearing a whole table, and I could feel her watching me sign the paper to get the check after she cleared the table. Her hands were so full that she couldn’t even get the check, and had to ask us to hand it to her when we were clearly getting up to leave. Staff was overall all seemed to be undertrained for the capacity of this restaurant and the quality as well. If you are paying $100 per person, go somewhere else

The food was amazing and so were our server for the evening I had the best time and the wine selections was also amazing. They get a solid ten overall for service and ambiance.

Overall it was amazing. Loved our initial server & the manager asked for feedback at the end of the night. We were waiting for quite some time for dessert and the bill though. We had ordered with a secondary server and unsure if he had put it in or not.

It was my son’s 18th birthday 🎂 so we decided to celebrate of course !! He chose FOGO’s!! We normally go to the Beverly Hills location but we decided to try the El Segundo restaurant!! GREAT MUSIC, GREAT AMBIANCE!! GREAT FOOD! The cheese & honey was delicious!! The only demerit I have for your restaurant are more support staff to refill glasses, other than that BRAVO!!!

Good food and great table service.. Reservations are a must...You'll diffently be full when you leave.. Pricey but we'll worth it.. Kids under 6 eat for free and 1/2 price for kids 7 to 12 yo....
