Excellent food, great staff, especially, Hugo, Jorgito, Jimmy and the tall and beautiful girl, that I can’t remember her name. Will be back soon!

Reservation was at 8:45. We literally had a hard time getting the “meat servers” to our table, as if we were not there. Only four stopped and either repeated overcooked meat selection. We had to ask the waiter and still only once was the meat at least pink. I ended up only trying 3 meat selections. The salad bar was very good. If I ever go back, I will stick to the one meat and salad bar offer. The 2 bottles of wine I guess they keep standing and both the cork broke inside the bottle, the waiter had to get help both times, she felt bad and empty but it wasn’t her fault, the girl was extremely dry!.. the tres leches which she gave us free of charge was great also.

NY strip wagyu was delicious. Nice selection of wines and good service. Beautiful place and nice location too. We will be coming back for sure.

So I have a few concerns. 1. Overbooking of reservations. Due to the fact that its all you can eat, it's very hard for them to manage turnover of tables. This causes everyones reservation to be delayed. Had to wait over 30 minutes for our table. 2. If you go for the FULL EXPERIENCE meat option: good meats only come around once every 30-45 minutes. Long waits for the good meat. They try to fill you up with the cheaper cuts of meat. 3. Marketplace table was BLAH. Nothing to rave about. I would rather they bring you fresh rice and beans to the table. The walking back and forth of so many people makes it very uncomfortable. Maybe it just wasn't my type of a nice dining experience. You needed to work for your food. On the positive side, our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable and once we got the good cuts of meats, they were very good. Ambience was a bit loud because restaurant was packed.

The service wasn’t as good as expected I thought it would be better than Texas de Brazil but I think theirs is better

Place was quiet empty, service was poor and few waiters and lost. We signed up for the Premium Service and we barely saw meat coming our way. Terrible experience for a Steakhouse. From Brazil I always had tons of servers coming our way to deploy all kind of cuts.

Everything was wonderful as usual..However due to the Fathers day crunch the noise level was a bit overpowering and people were waiting longer than usual for their tables! All in all a really good time!

Fogo de Chão is always great. But Service today was not so great. Made a reservation and had to wait 40 min to be seated. Caipirinha was 70% ice…and they kept asking if we wanted something more every 3 minutes kind of pushing us to leave. I understand that there were people waiting to be seated, but they had to be more planned and accept only the reservations they can serve. Felt disrespected, especially because we are always having lunch there.

Had brunch on Father’s Day. We were seated quickly. The marketplace options were very good and constantly being refilled. There was no one at the omelet station so there was a bit of a wait there. The staff was attentive with the exception of our waiter. We only saw him once when he introduced himself and took our order. We had to waive different staff over for coffee and drink refills. All in all, it was a little too chaotic for us. Definitely wouldn’t return on a special occasion.
