Waiters were good so were the servers. Everyone was extra nice, had small jokes with a few people but enjoyed how happy the worked made it for us.

Busy brunch! Tasty food with what felt like less salted meats (all positive there) this time. The salad bar is a real treat with an incredible variety. It’s an inspired meal!

The location is beautiful. It was organized and the service was excellent. Marconi in the waitstaff made our experience even better. He was so kind and polite. The value is great for the brunch experience. There are plenty of options for vegetarians too.

I had a reservation 7:00pm and I wasn’t seated until 30 mins after. The greeter needs to be trained how to properly select her words when speaking. I noticed on the iPad that she kept confusing me with another name that wasn’t mine and my name was on there as if I had already arrived and been seated. Two names with the letter G that were completely different. She was telling guests “ I need everyone to move over to the lobbies on the side or the upstairs lounge and wait there because standing here at the door isn’t helping me….” First of all what happened to respect? She should learn how to politely say thank you all we have these two areas where you can wait comfortably so it allows me to help the other upcoming visitors please and thank you. She said this to me and another group of people.. How hard was that ? She works for Fogo de Chao and not a fast food chain to speak that way to customers. I had no issue with anyone else but the female greeter with the curly hair last night. I didn’t see a name tag so I didn’t get her name.

Seafood tower was not fresh at all. It’s my third time here for business and the atmosphere is wonderful. Food seems to be slipping and service is also.

I have been to many Fogo de Chao's throughout the country and this was the first time I had a poor experience. The food was consistently good, however it was very tough to get it. It appeared that they only had 3 gauchos working an entire crowded restaurant. They were certainly hustling and trying to do their best, but this severely limited the quantity and cuts of meat. The managers at the restaurant were doing their best to try and appease everyone, but it was impossible based on the shortage of staff. I was there for a business dinner and left frustrated.

This location was very nice and not too crowded. The selection of meats that were passed around were cooked very well and offered cuts for my fiancé (likes her meat medium well) and I (I like my meat medium) on the same plate. The salad bar didn’t have a lot of variety but overall it was delicious. I always say, if a meat needs a sauce it isn’t seasoned or cooked right. I am definitely coming back!

Amazing service always, the burger was over cooked but it was switch right away. I didn’t know it came with polenta fries instead of regular. Couldn’t find the burger on the menu, but was delicious. A bit oily. Burger has been overcooked a couple times so that is the main reason I am including this information in the review this time, because it’s happened more than once. Always have a great experience with the gaucho lunch and meat options.
