The service was great. We went around 6:45pm. The bar was out of a lot of plates. Also a lot of meats were sold out like lamb. The fried cheese was super hard and cold. They ran out of polenta and mash potatoes they refuse to switch a side for someone that got a sea bass and she was allergic to the side. It could have been an off day but it wasn’t great especially on my bday.

The place is pleasant and noise level is moderate. The servers are courteous, however they are not properly trained. You never get a meat cut and a side at the same time…it is kind of an incoherent trickle. Not for me.

I’ve visited this restaurant at three locations, including Brazil, but this branch unfortunately had the worst service. Aside from the Colombian server with blond hair and Mr. Marconi, there was truly no one on staff who seemed able to deliver service effectively. As someone who also works in this industry, I typically avoid harsh reviews, but I visited with a close friend to celebrate a special occasion and had personally recommended this spot. By the end of the night, the server even managed to bring my tea without water, which was the final straw in a disappointing experience. I have no intention of returning to this location, nor would I recommend it to others. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because the food was good, and I appreciated the efforts of those two servers.

My family and I love going to this place. We can’t be more thankful to Mr. Marcone, who provides excellent service with love and care ! That makes is want to come back over and over again.

Excellent as always from being greeted by host Valentina to seeing gauchos like Marconi, Juan Carlo’s, Jorge and Daynelis for number one service. Thank you for spectacular food and service

Unfortunately I was not able to eat. I had a reservation at 3:45 pm arrived at 3:30 . Had to reach out to a manager Sergio as a couple that came after us was sitted at 4:10 pm and they came way after us. I was told by a host they were rude and I was much nicer. Andrea another manager was addressed by host and he completely ignored us and sat the couple I called out for the general manager Sergio and he said he would speak to Andrea. I asked and how does this help me and all he said was what is it that you want me to do. He was raising at this time his voice. I requested to be seated close to the salad bar and was not accommodated. I asked if I could have the meat a bit more cook and was told this is the way it is. Got up and left. Unfortunately a bad experience for sure not be visiting again. Mine you this couple was asked and they had no reservations. They just wanted to be seated at an empty table and went and stood by it. I was told by the host this was our table and then everything started to go wrong as explained above. I only like to do good reviews and this one took me two weeks I had to get over my bad experience.
