As we have done in previous years, we went to celebrate Veterans Day. Unfortunately this year, we were less than impressed. We seemed to continually get walked past when the team had meat even though our cards were always green. Then when the members would come by to our table with the meats, it was consistently overcooked. The meat would be black charred burnt on the outside and then well done gray on the inside. It almost felt like we had to flag down the team just to have them come by our table even though we were sat DIRECTLY across from where they cook the meat. Overall the experience has discouraged us from celebrating here again.

The ambience was great and service was top notch! We were welcomed warmly and ushered directly to our table. The servers were very friendly and took time to explain the menu and answer questions we had. This is a location that we will keep going back to for a long time. We got value for our money!

Had to wait about 20 minutes to get the table. Floor was dirty with food from previous guests. Meat experience was not extensive and had to wait long for getting meat. They were extremely busy.

Server never brought food that went with the experience, green tag went unseen and had to ask for food,over priced food for the quality they advertised.salad bar was picked over. Forgot to bring drinks. Probably won’t go back.

Wait staff was not very attentive 1 member of our party waited over 25 mins for a drink that they got wrong twice.same 3 meats repeatedly. Circulating and all meats were over cooked. Not the same experienced we are accustomed to here.

First time dining at this location and was not very impressed. The Market Table was not very well stocked and the gauchos really didn’t come around as much. The servers we had to ask multiple times to bring water and to bring extra sides. It was very busy with large parties so, maybe the 2 guests in the corner were not really important. We paid the bill then stoped at Yard House for more food. We enjoy the Providence location they seem to be able to handle a crowded restaurant.
