Server never brought food that went with the experience, green tag went unseen and had to ask for food,over priced food for the quality they advertised.salad bar was picked over. Forgot to bring drinks. Probably won’t go back.

Wait staff was not very attentive 1 member of our party waited over 25 mins for a drink that they got wrong twice.same 3 meats repeatedly. Circulating and all meats were over cooked. Not the same experienced we are accustomed to here.

First time dining at this location and was not very impressed. The Market Table was not very well stocked and the gauchos really didn’t come around as much. The servers we had to ask multiple times to bring water and to bring extra sides. It was very busy with large parties so, maybe the 2 guests in the corner were not really important. We paid the bill then stoped at Yard House for more food. We enjoy the Providence location they seem to be able to handle a crowded restaurant.

Great service was just not happening, was off all night, I asked for mashed potatoes twice never got it, my husband went up to the server to pay for our dinner and he didn’t even remember where our table was😅. The lamb was amazing though!!! Love the food, just woulda wished a better service quality as it was a birthday dinner for my father in law. Probably won’t go back to this location.

We went for our 22 wedding anniversary. I’ve always wanted to go to a Brazilian steakhouse but my wife wasn’t sure. This place was amazing. The food top notch if you know to ask for certain things they will make it to order and bring right to your table piping hot.. Jose our server that excellent he made sure we had a great experience. We will definitely return!! Thank you

Only brought around 6 types of meat half were raw . Was expecting more types to come around. Server took our drink order and never came back around

We decided to get the whole experience. Too much food with market offerings/ salad bar & sides plus all the meat you can eat. On this occasion, the chicken thigh & leg & the pork were our fav along several of beef offerings. Also had lamb, & bacon wrapped beef & chicken & other beef that were not as good as other beef. Our waiter was good but busy. The whole place was like a bee hive- people constantly moving between meat servers, waitstaff & customers. Definitely not a quiet Saturday night.

Recently, my family celebrated a birthday at Fogo de Chão and the service that we received was above and beyond our expectations. Sharmine not only gave great service. She also was so friendly and witty and kept us all happy and entertained. She is one of the best servers in the business! She deserves praises from her management team. Thank you for making our night extra special!

Kamila's service was simply what saved the night because there was very little food in the service and it also took a long time for them to serve us barbecue
