Not a good experience and will not be returning. Poor service, awkward atmosphere and not worth the cost you pay. Meats are slow to come around, no one checks in and the weird atmosphere with no music playing and people coming in and out a side door excessively destroys the mood.

This restaurant is going through growing pains. The gaucho service was slow and there was not enough variety in the cuts of meat. The bread service was late and basically came at the end of the meal. The chocolate lava cake was a disaster. I rarely send food back, but had to send this dessert back. The ice cream was freezer burned and the lava cake was lukewarm at best. I will be going to the midtown Manhattan location until they get their service together.

Hardly any service. No meat brought out for 30mins. Only have water refilled twice for 2.5 hours. Took 15mins to get a dessert menu, which waited another 15mins to be told one of the three options is unavailable. The vanilla ice cream was icy. Supposed to be a birthday celebration and completely spoiled the mood for the birthday boy.

Almost all the cuts of meat in the Churrasco Experience were inedible - either too tough to chew or too fatty. Definitely won’t be going back.

I enjoy Fogo De Chao a lot. I think the concept is great if you enjoy various cuts of steak and types of chicken. My only complaint is when you do the full dining experience ($68) you don’t get offered all of the meats that are on the menu so it does feel like you’re not getting the full experience paid for. Service is always great, wine selection is amazing, and again- the meats are delectable.

Jose “Bruno” is what made the night turn around. His friendliness made us feel more at ease. If you have food allergies make sure you look up the allergen menu before arrival because nobody there knew anything about what was in what. Otherwise meats were plentiful mostly medium medium rare medium well. Salad bar was great many healthy options there. Service was slow but it was Father’s Day so to be expected. Still got seated within 30 minutes so pretty happy about that!

I brought my husband here for his birthday. We had a lovely time. Our waiter Jonathan was amazing. He explained how everything worked (it was our 1st time here) & made sure my husband was well taken care and gave him the V.I.P. Treatment. The food was amazing! The salad bar had lots of tasty options and the meats were delicious. We just wish there were more medium to medium well options for meat, most were medium rare. Next time we will inquire about that. The meat cutting staff were so lovely as well. They looked so enthusiastic and seemed to enjoy what they do. Overall the staff sold the experience. We definitely would recommend this restaurant & we will be back with family and friends! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The single worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years. I informed the team it was my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary and this was their choice. The staff ignored us, was having strange meetings on the floor ignoring all customers, took more than 40 minutes (no exaggeration) to deliver one drink. All food was either awfully overcooked or not delivered at all (forgotten orders). They should close down and start over. Clearly nobody has been trained from kitchen to door.
