The quality of the food in comparison to other locations I've been to just wasn't on par.

TERRIBLE service. We repeatedly had to ask for water. It took an hour between the time we turned over our cards (to signal we were finished eating) until we were actually able to walk out the door. No one came by to clear our plates. No one asked us if we wanted dessert. Actually, no one came by EVER to ask if we wanted another drink from the bar—and we did! Given that the first round took 20 minutes at least to arrive at the table, God knows when a second round might have arrived. The servers with the meat skewers, however, were very attentive and accommodating (hence the “two stars” instead of one for service). In fact, they were the ones who refilled our water at all (after we had to ask)—the server who took our order was MIA throughout the meal. The food was quite good, but the terrible service means we are unlikely to return or recommend.

Visited Fogo in P.A as well as Texas. The food here was good. Just wished everything didn’t come out well done. Not sure if that’s because most people who visit this location requested well done meat; medium well should also be an option especially for lamb chops.

The first server was a delight and explained everything perfectly. The food was good, however service was severely slow. I opted for a standard meal instead of the experience and waited 30-45mins for my meal, which came before our drinks which were ordered way before we decided on our meals. The ambience and decor are lovely but the bathroom situation needs work.

They have a variety of sides to choose from, salads, fruits, rice,beans but the main event is the meats that get delivered directly to your table. You can choose your cooked preferences ( medium,medium well,well done) then choose whether you want filet,lamb,sirloin,chicken, the food was great really can’t complain. The only issue is the don’t offer to gos. I understand it is buffet style but i don’t mind paying extra to take some of it home.

Our reservation was at 5pm. The restaurant was not overly crowded. It took at least 30 minutes before meat came around to us and it was very slow. It also took just as long or not more for sides to be brought to our table.

Salad bar has gone way down hill in the 20+ years we were gone, but overall it was fine. Way too expensive and way too much food, but fun nonetheless.
