The service is good, but the beef is not too much choose and also I tell them my boyfriend birthday is any recommendation, but they don’t reply any

I took my family there to celebrate so the experience was mainly for them. I'm vegetarian and I saw two vegetarian options on the menu, which is fine. It wasn't great though. I've had better in places not really known to cater to vegans/ vegetarians. I got the tofu dish and the lemon was so overwhelming, I almost didn't want to finish it. Other than that it was fine. My family enjoyed their dishes. I don't think it was the best they ever had but it was cool.

Worst service ever. Said we were celebrating a birthday and nothing no mention of a birthday and the table next to us were also celebrating a birthday and were offered a free meal! Then we order drinks right when we sit down and we waited 55min to get our drinks to only arrive when we were done eating. No apologies or anything from waiter. Paid for unlimited per person and barely received any meat at our table. Terrible will never be back. Worst $250 I’ve ever spent.

Please avoid this place at all costs. I asked for a good table as it was my birthday, they squeezed us in between other long tables and it was noisy and hard to access. Their service is so slow that it took them over 15 minutes to get our drink order, maybe another 15 to bring us the wine bottle. They wouldn’t bring everything at once, which was pretty aggravating. We went there for the “Full Experience churrasco” and the server simply didn’t ask or explain us anything, we had a hard time getting started with the food. The market table is missing out on few traditional Brazilian dishes for steakhouses like this, and there was no Feijoada Bar at all. The meat service was also slow, and because we are native Brazilian we can properly tell this is not what a genuine Brazilian steakhouse experience should be. It was also my birthday, we had brought a cake, and they took forever to clean the table even after we asked for it. During lunch my husband tried to fix it talking to different people, one of them seem to be the manager, but I still do not recommend this place at all, considering I made specific notes on my reservation about that being a special occasion and they completely ruined it. If you want a good experience, go to Churrascaria Plataforma instead.

Great atmosphere and our main server Emil was a pleasure as well as all the other staff. But don’t ask the hostess to take a picture for you. She wouldn’t do it. That was the only bummer of the night

The meat was overcooked and burnt and tasted terrible, steaks had an awful flavor, will never return. Spent $200 with tip, one of the worst meals we have ever had.
