It was amazing!! It was a little packed so I had to wait 30 mins for my table, but it was well worth the wait! I enjoyed every second and the waiters were very respectful about my card being flipped to no thanks. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and place!

Well, I’d like to think that the experience was tainted due to the fact that our meal was at 3:00pm. Perhaps it was an odd shift change. We were somewhat ignored for 15 minutes when we were seated. Not a waiter or “meat server” came into our section. I finally had to catch a bartenders attention to ask if there was a server would could “come see us to get things started.” The salad bar was sparse and tired. The meat was delicious, but again, only two types of meat were served in our section. When I asked for “pork belly” that’s on the menu, I was told, “they will come by soon.” But that didn’t happen. Picanha steak and chicken drum sticks. Nothing else. A menu with 11 different meats listed and only two of them were served….something was completely broken. Then they had a problem with my American Express (trust me, it wasn’t an issue with the card) but had no issue taking my Debit Card. Maybe because of the fees AmEx charges the merchant? By the way, the Picanha Steak was delicious. But if that was all that I wanted, I would have gone somewhere else. Not an inexpensive lunch, and not a happy experience. And of course, no managers around to share my thoughts with. Brooklyn has thousands of awesome restaurants that would have benefitted from my money…it is such a shame that I didn’t look into this before going.

The experience is definitely worth the price. The location is bigger than it seems, so it was very crowded. Especially for a Friday night. The only complaint/issue I would have is that we made reservations for 8:45 and weren’t seated until 9:05. We also found ourselves in a “blind spot” on the side of the restaurant so many of the meats were not circulated in our area it seems. The food was delicious, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The meat was all fresh and the wait staff was friendly and polite. All in all, I would give them an 8/10!

We had an 8:30pm reservation for 8 persons and we were not called until 45 minutes later. We waited and waited for a server to come to our table. Our drinks took a very long time to come. Some of the meats were too salted. But overall, everyone was happy about the experience of being at Fogo de Chao. We celebrated my sister's birthday. Thank you

The wine tasting was a great experience. All wines were excellent. The bites were tasty, The ambiance relaxing. The service attentive. Great experience overall.

Muy pocos meseros sirviendo carne, solo nos ofrecieron 4 cortes diferentes, muy lento, la barra de ensaladas escasa y mal organizada, baños muy chicos y sucios. Nada que ver con otras sucursales.

I frequent Fogo at least four times a year. I was very excited to hear about a new Fogo opening up. To my disappointment it wasnt the experience Im used to. The service was very slow. In an hr and a half beverage only came twice. Asked for another mashed potato and never got it. The meats only 3 max four came to the table. Even the salad bar felt like it was missing something. I will always still go to Fogo just not this one. I have another appointment in Fort Lauderdale in two weeks we shall see how that one holds up

This was my second experience . My first experienced was at the orlando location. Brooklyn chop house experience was not the best because we were greeted and we were seated and the manager took our order tonstart with and after that we were completely ignored because we did not have a waiter for our table. From time to time we would get the attention of a manager on the floor for any requests. I personally had to go to the bar to pay my tab which was very unusual. I work in the hospitality industry and thats why i understand the understaffing issue and did not make a big deal but only comment to show that they can be way better because this is a beautiful location.
