Muy pocos meseros sirviendo carne, solo nos ofrecieron 4 cortes diferentes, muy lento, la barra de ensaladas escasa y mal organizada, baños muy chicos y sucios. Nada que ver con otras sucursales.

I frequent Fogo at least four times a year. I was very excited to hear about a new Fogo opening up. To my disappointment it wasnt the experience Im used to. The service was very slow. In an hr and a half beverage only came twice. Asked for another mashed potato and never got it. The meats only 3 max four came to the table. Even the salad bar felt like it was missing something. I will always still go to Fogo just not this one. I have another appointment in Fort Lauderdale in two weeks we shall see how that one holds up

This was my second experience . My first experienced was at the orlando location. Brooklyn chop house experience was not the best because we were greeted and we were seated and the manager took our order tonstart with and after that we were completely ignored because we did not have a waiter for our table. From time to time we would get the attention of a manager on the floor for any requests. I personally had to go to the bar to pay my tab which was very unusual. I work in the hospitality industry and thats why i understand the understaffing issue and did not make a big deal but only comment to show that they can be way better because this is a beautiful location.

Great place but service was not good. A couple of servers were very helpful but the hostess was actually quasi hostile despite us having a reservation and plenty of tables available. Ordered a second round of drinks and they arrived 30 min later, pretty much on top of the dessert. Need to work on that

The preferred meats didn’t come unless I asked. Rather annoying to keep asking for filet mignon and picanha while the cheaper cuts kept coming.

Fuego de Chao.. good drinks, great meat (pause) and times.. just need to fix that cappuccino machine and it’s an 11/10 🔥

Staff seemed like they had no clue what was going on. They didn’t know who ordered what and when it came down to the bill they were even worse, charging for full bottles of wine no one got. Would not go back

Been to other Fogo locations. Service was ridiculously slow here and the place was half empty. Only ever saw 4-5 mean options.
