    Disappointed in the experience. Did not get to try half the meat available. Had to ask multiple times to multiple people to get a specific meat brought over. The drinks were lack luster. I’ve been to many different restaurants of same style and this one was at the bottom of my list after first visit.

    My third visit to this location. Again the server had no clue on what he was doing, had to remind him several times to bring drinks that we ordered, refills , sides and condiments. He could even explain the menu and had to get assistance from another waiter who was passing by. The restaurant was out of ginger ale of all things which reminds me that they are constantly out of things on every visit I have made there. The food bar was unattended as the black beans and rice pots were low where my party and I had to scrap the bottom to get an adequate portion along with the tomato soup.Additionally, I could only get a a 8:30 pm reservation. However, when I called to try and move it earlier the hostess was quick to tell me they were booked which is also a common issue from my fist two visits which is why I was forced to eat at the bar. however like the first two visits, when I arrived early they had several open tables that went unused all night. On this last visit, Because our reservation was so late, we were one of the last quest to leave the restaurant and several tables were empty all night so there was no reason why they couldn’t have accommodated us at 7:30. Again the service and staff need a lot of work in the area of service. If you’re going to be a high-end establishment and charge the prices you charge then your service should be impeccable. There are two high end and high quality steak houses minutes from this location and right now they are eating your lunch.

    We have the full churrasco experience on a Monday night. Salad bar was good, but the service was slow. We asked for ribeye and beef rib multiple times and they finally brought them out toward the end of our dinner.

    Takes a while to get the higher quality meats. We had to ask several times for what we wanted like beef short ribs or filet mignon.

    The food was delicious, how ever the restaurant was way to packed with tables and there was little to no room for the waiters and waitresses to get to the tables. Additionally, we weren’t able to try all the meats despite requesting them over and over again. I would go again, but would be a bit more demanding for the price of the food.

    It’s still a young restaurant and staff need to develop experience there and chemistry. They’ll get there with some time. Food is very good

    Friendly, attentive staff and wait service. A nice atmosphere. Vegan and gluten free options. Would highly recommend.

    We had the Best of Brazil special and everything was fantastic. We had an excellent server and she was so friendly and genuinely cared that we had a good experience. She offered to refill our drinks frequently, bring us new plates, and refill our side dishes.
