   Absolute worst service I have experienced in a long time. Sat with empty waters, drinks took 30+ minutes (sodas not even cocktails) meats came around painfully slow did not get offered anywhere near all the meats that were meant to be in our package. Some people in our party just got one meat and they were waiting the entire time and got offered meat once. Very unfortunate experience! Would not recommend at all for larger parties

   Really enjoyed our dining experience. The servers came around regularly and the food was amazing.

   Amazing time celebrating our twin’s birthday. Food was great, service was awesome, ambience was fun. Overall a great experience. Will definitely go again.

   the food lived up to expectations, however there were significant service issues that dampened the overall experience. The flavor of the food was good; the meats were well-seasoned. The market table and sides complemented the meats nicely. However, the service left much to be desired. It felt like an eternity between visits from the passadores (meat carvers). The promise of having meat continuously brought to the table was not fulfilled, as the intervals felt unusually long. When you come to a Brazilian steakhouse, you expect a steady stream of perfectly cooked meats, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit until I spoke to the GM. Additionally, the cleanliness of bathrooms was an issue- they did not have soap or paper towels, which is a basic expectation in any dining establishment. In conclusion, while the food at was good, the slow service and unsatisfactory restroom conditions significantly impacted my experience. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐✭ (3/5)

   This is up there with one of the most disappointing meals ever. No matter how many times we asked for a lesser temperature of the meat, only medium well or very well done meat came around. The meat was like shoe leather. It was so bad we ended up filling ourselves with the salad bar. When you are are paying at least 80.00 per person for the Churrasco Experience at a STEAKHOUSE, you'd think that a medium rare request isn't much of an ask. In addition, the time between each Gaucho was was ridiculous. We spoke to the manager because he stopped by. He asked for our feedback so we shared. He could care less. He said, "we've only been open a few months." Not for nothing but after 3 months, your cooks should know how to prepare meat. Mostly I felt bad for my son as it was his 18th birthday and it was beyond disappointing for him. I should have just handed him 400 bucks in an envelope.

   The food was good! The chicken was good but the pork was dry!! Will go back again but will order something else off the menu. The dessert was very good, we ordered a cheesecake creme Brule.

   It is the first time ever in my life to experience m someone throw food into my plate. This guy he dropped the grilled cheese curd into my friends plate, when he comes to me, I said I will pick it up from his clip tongs, after saying that three times he still insist to throw that piece of cheese curd into my plate from high up. It is very in appropriate to treat customers regardless if it is a $5 per person street food location, or a finner looking restaurant like fogo de chao. I have been to fogo de chao locations in Philadelphia, Chicago, San Antonio, New York City and here in Bridgewater NJ for many times, so far this is the worst experience. In general the service is bad, ppl are cold here and they stopped bring meat after 3-4 varieties. I have to say I got really hungry at the table.

   As a Brazilian Churrascaria this Fogo failed miserably. It was the first I have been to a Fogo de Chao where only two people were serving meats, each time they came around they had small cuts in the skewers , not enough for a table of four. The green indicator was still up( we don’t eat a lot) we had 3 meats offered, filet, lamb and a chicken thigh that was dried out. The waitstaff was great and the manager did his best to apologize and attempted to make things right.

    We were very much looking forward to this as we’ve gone to other locations. But the service was extremely slow. They kept skipping our table for some reason & we kept getting the same few meats. Even when our waiter told them to bring certain requests, our table would still be skipped, perhaps because we were in a corner? Regardless, not the experience we hoped for. Other items we asked for (drinks, sauce, etc) took a while to come out or didn’t ever make it to us at all. The tomahawk took a while to come out and when it did, we didn’t get plates & by that point the sides were cold. The bathrooms were dirty, with tissue all over the floors & no soap in some of the stalls. For the price, we were very disappointed in the service for sure.
