Recently opened... needs time to put things in place. The buffet area is tight and needs more space for circulation, terrible as it is. The team needs to learn how to cut the meat and serve as expected in a Fogo de Chao restaurant... needs a lot of improvement here. Happy Hour prices are good, but they didn't have a single beer (draft or bottled) to serve... completely out of stock.

Good food and service which is hard to come by these days. This is my new favorite restaurant to dine have some cocktails. I live in the Bridgewater area and always wanted to go to a Fogo de Chao!! Thanks!!

They are still going through new restaurant growing pains, but the food was excellent and the service was very good. The noise level was very high, which made conversation difficult at times.

Totally unorganized. Didn’t have alcohol I drink and some bartenders were baffled with my order. Was looking forward to Fogo de Chao in Bridgewater but won’t return. 🥲

The food was good, service was good, the restaurant just opened and the workers are just learning the lay of the land. Some of the meats were a little bit salty, but other than that it was tasty. I would definitely come back here again

First and will be the last time here. The food was subpar and the service so disappointing. Way too loud and clearly they are trying to be like a Chima but fall way short.

What a disappointment! So much to learn from other Fogo De Chao…I was so looking forward for Fogo de Chao to arrived in NJ, but was left with so much more to desire…I made a reservation at this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, after entering in the Open table app and advising the hostess, plus the waiter that we were celebrating my birthday, it was completely indifferent. Also, we went through 3 different waiters during the visit, and the whole crew was running like a chicken with no head. I understand that they just opened, and I was going to give them a pass. However, after our dining experience we decided to visit a couple of stores at the mall, at that time both of us started to experience abdominal pain. We cut our shopping experience short so we could return home for an urgent need to use the facilities. I spend the evening of my birthday in the bathroom. The following day, my husband contacted the manager of the restaurant to tell them about the issue we experienced lto make them aware of the situation. He was told he will receive a follow up call, which is yet to be received. Not the way I wanted to spend my birthday, nor spend $230. I had so high hope for this place, but cannot compare to their location in Dallas. A lot to learned from other locations…
