Another abysmal experience at another Fogo. My opinion of this “fine dining restaurant” is going downhill visit after visit, slowly turning into an overpriced chain restaurant. Not a single water refill during the entire meal until requested. No service at all for the first 15 minutes. (Entire party was there) No meat service for another 15-20 minutes. Drinks were not received until after the meat service was started. Sides were received well after the meat service started. Sides were long empty before a refill was provided, which had to be asked for. The standard table waiters regularly ignored our table. The meat servers would bring over the same cut over and over. It took 4 refusals of service for them to bring out meat at the requested temperature. At the end, when the restaurant was empty, our table was paid a little more attention, well after anyone wanted to be there. Overall, a subpar experience which I hope to never experience again. Standard chain restaurant which takes advantage of its customers.

Expensive for what you get , service felt like that rushed you, we were in and out so quick we never got our drinks , overall bad operation going on there , they need a new business model , and the food was ok , not worth 70 a person w/o drinks , and living in New Jersey you can deff find a better Brazilian style restaurant.

Saturday evening, very loud. Was 5 minutes late for reservation and was almost not seated. The elevators in the mall didn't work, and I was in wheelchair. Needed to get GM to get a table. Some food was cold and tough, but the majority was excellent. Loved the buffet. Wait staff was very friendly. Will definitely return at a different time during the week.

Service was phenomenal. Everything was great. All of our servers went above and beyond. Plenty of sides to go with all of that meat! lol

Went out to a business lunch with friends and it really nice and the food was done well. I did the rodizio and that sides were great.

Food is great Service is absolutely horrible I went up to get my food from the bar and they cleaned up my table! They threw everything out! If you purchase the one near option, it takes forever for them to come over and give you food.

This was our first time to experience Fogo de Chao. It definitely was a good experience, especially we had a great waiter and waitress. Youssef and Elise were awesome! They were patient, attentive and explaining and answering all the questions, very helpful! The food was awesome too, if you like meat, this is the place to go!

Servers are good and courteous, however service is very slow. EXTREMELY SLOW. You need to schedule 4 hours to enjoy a meal. You will get one meat at a time every 30 mins. THEN WAIT.
