The restaurant was packed, and while we waited 20 or so minutes to be seated (we arrived right at our reservation time), we didn't mind since they were clearly trying to get everyone settled (the front desk as chaotic). We very much appreciated the hor d'oeuvres served to those waiting... very thoughtful touch! The feijoada and salads bar was excellent... fresh, plentiful, and authentic. Regularly refreshed. The soup was outstanding and the bread among the best. Several of the meats were decent, but many were severely overcooked. The largest problem was the service. Perhaps because we were seated in a corner table, were were often forgotten about and stayed hungry for much of the visit. Those servers who did come would have what was left at the end of their skewers, so we took what we could get (the overcooked ends that other diners avoided). We asked three different servers three different times for sides (polenta and bananas) and they never came, so we just ate more salad bar offerings. When servers did visit the table, they were largely pleasant (one was particularly nice and noted that our plates were empty for much of the visit as we waited). The mocktails were fun and delicious. Of the meats that came, the sirloin and filet were enjoyable and the ribeye was a standout (by far our favorite). A few were really rough/borderline inedible (parmesan pork in particular) but they were infrequent. In the end, we would return once more in a few months to see if they iron out all of these kinks and we have a better experience (perhaps asking for a more central table where we would get more frequent visits). If it's the same, we likely won't return for visit #3 -- but I'm really rooting for them... there's so much potential for this to be an excellent dining experience.

We’re sad to say we had a pretty disappointing time during our last visit here. We visited the restaurant soon after it opened earlier this year, but during this last visit the dip in quality overall was pretty noticeable. I had made a reservation for the special and had noted in my reservation we were there for a birthday. When we got there, it seemed they were having some trouble finding seating even though we had a reservation. Finally when we were seated it took quite some time for someone to check in with us, take our drink orders and give us our medallions. A kind server stopped by to help after she noticed we had been waiting at the table for quite some time. She tried her best all things considered but the drinks took forever and the meat rarely came around our table. The server had to ask the other staff twice before they came around with meat for us. In the end, everything was taking so long and we were pretty disappointed so we didn’t even get to celebrate the birthday. We paid and headed over to cheesecake Nextdoor to buy a birthday dessert instead. Again server was kind and seemed to be trying their best but overall disappointed at the dip in service, attention, and quality. We hope to visit again during a less busy time of the week.

First, if you're going to go to Fogo de Chao, you had better be hungry. Second, vegans need not apply, although there are cold vegetable options. Third, speaking of those Marketplace appetizers like cold veggies, cheeses, and cold cuts, don't gorge if you are doing the all-you-can-eat rodizio. It's just there to fill you up so you don't eat the roasted meats, which cost more. Do try the Feijoada--the black bean soup. Not the best ever, but good and traditional. Fourth, don't fill up on the mashed potatoes, cheese biscuits, and polenta that they bring, whether you ask for it or not. It's all good, but it's easy to eat all of that and not have room for the rodizio. Fifth, relax and take your time. Try all the meats. There are a bunch, many with only slight differences. Nibble at all that other stuff I mentioned between slices of fresh roasted meat. It's not a contest of speed; it's endurance. Enjoy!

I have been to countless Fogo de Chão restaurants in different states and countries. I was anxious to try this one out as I lived in Bridgewater. I do have to say that I was beyond disappointed, not only was some of the meat too salty, the filet mignon came out completely raw that even the server apologized because it literally was raw, not even medium rare. The first server forgot the drinks, but later in the meal, the second server was very attentive and professional. Regardless, I will not be going back to this particular Fogo de Chao, sorry

We have been to Fogo many times, but this visit was surprisingly disappointing..especially for a birthday dinner. The servers were good and did their best, but they were understaffed and the restaurant was full. It is disappointing to spend $71 and wait sometimes 15-20 minutes for someone to come by with any food. We finally asked for our favorite, Pichana, after it didn’t come by in the first 1 hr and 15 minutes. We then still waited another half hour to finally get it. The servers were very nice and professional. They were just very understaffed which hurt the experience and impacted the value of an “all you can eat” menu. We always love Fogo and hope this was a one time disappointment. Despite that, the food was delicious and we will continue to come back!

Food was great however I ordered an entree off the menu. When I inquired where it was after almost 45 min and my boyfriend had already completed his meal (the experience) I was told they no longer had the pasta ordered, which was never told to me by the server, and they put down in front of me something I didn’t order. I’m not confrontational so I ate it but certainly white rice with tofu shouldn’t be $40 and I should have been told of the change before it was just put in front of me. The manager apologized but never once did the server acknowledge her failure. Should have been offered a dessert or something. Nothing.

We went to Fogo de Chao to celebrate two birthdays. While we were not taking advantage of the 'ultimate' experience we both ordered the lamb entree. Included with the entrée price was an incredible array of sides, served buffet style, to go with the lamb. The food was delicious, but if you are not familiar with the restaurant the procedures take some getting used to. The servers were very pleasant but there seemed to be a language barrier with some. Since we were celebrating birthdays, we received a complimentary dessert which was lovely. When we were asked if we wanted coffee, espresso, latte or cappuccino I asked for a cappuccino. We then received our check, including the charge for a cappuccino, but no cappuccino was served. After waiting another 5 minutes, our server told me that they were 'out of cappuccino'. We then had to wait while they prepared a corrected check. All in all, it was a good time, but they need to tighten up their service.

Disappointing and just got excuses about the poor service. Just because a table is deep in a corner shouldn’t mean no one brings by the only meat you ordered or napkins or cleats dirty plates! Just feels unprofessional for a higher-end restaurant.
