We came in as a party of 10, celebrating a birthday. The place is way understaffed and the waitress was doing her very best but couldn’t keep up. The food servers were far and few between and we had to ask them to come by with more meat. The potatoes and bananas that the put on the table to enjoy with your rodizio came after we were almost done. The manager was walking around talking in her cell phone not helping at all. Seems that management should not take reservations if they don’t have the adequate staffing. We went next door for dessert. Management should definitely step up and help on days like this. I doubt we will return

This was truly a disappointing experience. Beautiful atmosphere but the food was not as impressive and the service was even worse. I overpaid for an “experience” I did not receive. The servers took extremely long to bring meats to the table. When they did, it was not a variety as described in the menu. They kept bringing the same cuts of low value meats, some of which were over cooked and tough. Extremely long wait times for servers to bring meats and they eventually just stopped coming around despite our cards being green face up. Nothing more than an over-priced chain restaurant.

Now we don’t have to go into the city for an excellent Brazilian Steakhouse.

Very slow to get drinks and entrees. My dinner came after everyone had almost finished dinner. We would’ve ordered more drinks but they were so slow, we didn’t bother.

Food was great. Properly seasoned as Brazilian food should be. Could have been a bit less rare but if you told them how you preferred your meat cooked they accomodated!

We have a great time . Service was excellent. Waitress checked on us from the beginning to the end. Food was delicious.
