The food was great! But the service was terrible. Our server came to us only twice to bring drinks, didn’t bring sides, and then we never saw him again. A host was helping us and a different server came over to drop our check. Very disappointing.

Very nice, well designed restaurants. However, the service was very slow (for drinks as well as meat). Also, the total price we paid at the end (while not haven eaten a lot due to slow service) was very high (definitely for lunch standards).

I’ve visited several states and abroad, but this location wasn’t complete. Disarray management did not know the left from the right. We waited 25 minutes to check into a reservation. All the managers focused on a party of 18 that had a reservation and did not care that the line was out the door with other guests with a reservation; I spoke with the manager, and he assured me I would have a better experience. No plates or silverware were given to me; it took 20 minutes for soda to be ready, and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. That was the most disappointing part. The food was mediocre, and I was shocked by my overall experience at the Bridgewater location, which is a zero for me. I’m canceling my November reservation for a party of eight.

We had a great experience! Our first time at Fogo de Chao. The Market Bar was exceptional with all different types of charcuterie, salads and soup. It was fun to select the meats we wanted to eat as the carvers travelled around the restaurant. The ribeye, lamb chops and pork chops were our favorites. Will definitely go back!

The restaurant is beautiful and well laid out. Our waitress was superb but the meat runners were slow and seemed to miss us most of the night. Had to ask our waitress for meat several times. Soon after we arrived the smoke alarm went off and stayed on for over 30 minutes. It was most annoying that put a damper on the evening. Overall the food was cooked to our liking and seasoned well.

I attended Fogo De Chao with a party of 15 and experienced poor service, long wait times, and bad food. It started with taking an hour for drinks to arrive, and then when they did, they were incorrect. Some were in the wrong glass, such as a martini in a wine glass. We were bombarded with round upon round of Picana and continuously asked for sausage, chicken, lamb, and the other proteins included in the experience. When the chicken came out, it was inedible and burned to a crisp... we engaged 2 managers whose response was "yeah, it shouldn't look like that" we explained our issues with the drinks and advised by the manager oh the drinks were ready it was your waitresses fault for not picking them up. Our checks were incorrect and took forever to be resolved and the managers instead of assisting the waitress who was clearly struggling just left her to fend for herself with the other waiter who we only saw 2 times throughout the dreadful meal. This was a horrible experience, and we were celebrating a birthday, which was not even acknowledged... all in all, I struggled to see the upscale experience and did not get the value I paid for and could have purchased just the Picana entree as that was all that was presented to us that was edible... Stay away from this location.

I’m a 20 year fan of Fogo starting in Atlanta Ga was one of best repeat business customers week after week for years. Took a groups of 6, terrible experience. Servers didn’t bring meats. I had to get up and ask twice. We never saw more than 5 meats total. Servers didn’t know how to cook either. Picanha wasn’t ever seared, servers were cutting 2” think raw slabs of the ribeye. Almost embarrassing meal for me as I’d recommended Fogo so strongly based on past experiences. I would say close this store until you get staff trained or will give Fogo a bad name quickly.
