Service and food were excellent. We had the whole experience and added on a Wagyu ribeye steak to celebrate our anniversary. For dessert we had the cheesecake brûlée which we highly recommend! The only slight mark down was the check in. Checking in with reservations was still challenging to flag down someone, due to it being busy. However we felt that the hostess could have been a bit more friendly and more organized while checking people in. Overall we’d still give a 9 out of 10!

We enjoyed our dinner and the serving staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, our experience started off negatively with a group of three hostesses that did not make eye contact or greet us. We pursued them 3 times asking about our reservation time and two of the three times she was surprised we were waiting and promised she would find us a table. We were told to wait on the patio and yet we were forgotten on the patio. We had a 6 PM reservation and just before 7 PM we were ready to leave. Then they found us a table. Our frustration wasn’t from the wait, it was watching dozens of people be seated before us that arrived significantly after us, open tables where we could have been sitting and two out of three hostesses standing off to the side appearing disengaged and seeming uninformed. A hostess staff trained in customer service and an informed answer letting us know we were in for a wait would have been appreciated. We recognize the uniqueness of the experience and that guests are allowed to relax and dine, and we imagine that makes it a little more difficult to turn tables and be precise with reservation times. I would still recommend the restaurant, but I don’t recommend going if you have a second engagement or a time commitment you need to meet.

The ambiance is unpleasant, and the smoke in the dining room is not ideal for those with allergies. The food was good, not great.

We didn't have a great table, despite having made reservations. We were just outside of the main dining room. Meat rarely came by our table. We sat in silence for some time and when a server would come by every 10 minutes and asked how we were doing, we had to keep asking for someone to bring food by; that we were hungry. This happened all through the evening. So we had rice and salad, and something to drink, but little to no entrée. Only had steak served to us twice. Kind of the opposite of a real churrasco experience. And costs more too. Imagine paying $150 for a couple bites of steak. Pretty silly. Would recommend hitting a regular way churrascaria, paying less, and enjoying a night of good and varying cuts of beef--you won't find it here unless you constantly ask.

Seating/tables were TOO close together. You could hear the next tables' conversations. Waitstaff kept bumping into the back of my chair &I have bad back issues anyway. Food was undeniably good, though. &Jacob made our dining experience enjoyable by visiting w/us. Hubby got a creme brulee to celebrate his 75th birthday....candle included.

Had a reservation, got seated 20 minutes later. As for the complimentary sides took about 30 mins to get after being seated. Been to this location once before and service was awesome this time not sure what happened. Overall service wasn't good, took forever to get our first round of meat to even come by. Asked the waiter a few times for a particular meat and they never came by, that's after asking several times. Refill on soda was even more of a wait. Waiter came by twice asking if we needed the refill we had originally waited for again another 10 mins. Probably won't be coming back to this location. Will be going back to my other Fogo location that I frequent and enjoy. Plus this location the parking is not very easy. Very small shopping center plus there's an In n Out. You have to circle around a few times to even find a spot.

Food overall was good, though some of the meats were over-seasoned. Variety was good, though various meats seemed to come out in groups- i.e., was offered chicken multiple times in a row, then rib-eye multiple times in a row. However, when requested specific cuts, effort was made to bring to table. Salad bar was fine- items seemed fresh and were replenished appropriately. Service was good, though slightly inconsistent- would be almost over-attentive for a stretch, then left wanting for a stretch. Some servers were friendlier than others. Four-top tables are too small for all the plates and drinks for four diners. Room was very loud- difficult to hold any conversation or even understand the servers. Overall, a satisfying experience, but not something I would repeat on a monthly basis.

We had best of brazil. I think in one hour and half we had only five different kinds of meat. Meat servers were so short you can never get any. Total waist of money. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else even AYCE could be better than this
