The meat kept coming but the service for drinks and other additional items was very slow… initially with the first waiter we had, we was just not up to par but Aubrey came to the rescue and once she started assisting more… it was a better experience. Food was great!

The server was rude and unprofessional and through a piece of beef onto my plate! Then she came back and trough a burned small end piece of beef which was left on the board on my plate too like I was a dog. They also poured more wine in the other people glasses but made sure to only give us one ounce! The manager was made aware of the terrible service!

I had the waygu and wine tasting event and was disappointed overall on service and the way it operates. It was suppose to be a side-by-side comparison between a regular bone-in ribeye ancho and waygu ancho but we didnt get the bone-in ribeye ancho. The servers was lost and didn’t tell us what type of meat it was nor tell us how this works, no forms of communication. Overall the experience wasn’t very organzied and that ruin our first time with the tasting event. I would never go back for the event again.

This was my first time at this location and our group of 7 was sat closest to the door versus any other party that came in before or after us so we caught all the cold air. We encountered about 3 types of meat and most times it was the last 2-3 pieces versus the larger selection that was listed. The experience and food was just ok.

Took 31 mins for my seafood tower. U asked for it to be chilled and they brought it grilled

Food was good. Service was unfortunately not the best. We had to wait about 10 min while seated before a waitress came. She came without a wine list. The bottle of wine we ordered was not the one that was delivered. We asked about the toast of champagne for new years toast that was offered via the email I received (which is what made me think of going there for New Year’s), and we were ignored the rest of the night. We ended up having to get up and go to the bar to ask about our champagne, toast to midnight, and request our check. One of the managers apologized and we also got the desert advertised from the same email, but it is sad that we had to push for it all ourselves. We’ve done new years at other restaurants and their service, atmosphere and attentions were amazing. Sadly, we experienced none of that at Fogo de chao.
