Absolutely love this restaurant. Jordan was our server, he was attentive and knowledgeable. The honey covered cheese is my favorite! Came for the $44 special, ended up doing regular menu. Will be back of course. Even received a free birthday dessert. Thank you

The table next to us were on a call via speakerphone for 15 minutes- this is not a reflection on the restaurant- we love it at Fogo De Chao, but next time an employee encounters someone on speakerphone please kindly tell them it is not appropriate in that setting.

We attended the Wine Dinner last night in Troy and it was outstanding. This was our second wine event there, after it was suggested to me to try it by Michelle Choice. Michelle is so good at what she does and a big reason why we have fallen in love with Fogo. The event last night was great because we got so much food, a great selection of meat, and honestly, a great value for our $89. The wine was great as well and we bought 3 bottles. Thank you to Saif and the staff too.

Most of the meats seemed to be significantly overcooked and dry. We had to ask twice to have the picanha brought over, but of course were offered sausage and pork 4 times each. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, only one out of the four stalls was usable. Terrible value for money ratio; I don’t know if they changed management or whatever happened, it used to be better overall.

We had gone a few weeks back and had a pretty disappointing experience. We were contacted by manager Adam and he truly went above and beyond to not only rectify the issue, but also provide us a truly wonderful experience. We will be back! Thank you Adam!

Hostess failed to check me in and then seemed annoyed when I verified. Waited an hour and still wasn’t seated, in spite of open tables.

The service started bad. We waited over 10 minutes for a beer, once we got our meat plates we had 2 people bring meat over and then waited almost 20 mins for someone else. We had said something to them about it and they did correct the problem (otherwise I'd give less stars). Most of the meat was extremely over cooked. The taste was pretty good and the people were friendly but I'd much rather go elsewhere.
