Établi depuis plus de 35 ans, le Fogo de Chão est un Steakhouse brésilien, ou churrascaria, de premier plan spécialisé dans les viandes de grande qualité rôties au feu grâce à la technique séculaire de la cuisine brésilienne du sud du churrasco. Il propose une grande variété de viandes assaisonnées avec simplicité qui sont délicatement rôties afin de révéler leurs arômes naturels, incluant la spécialité maison le Picanha, à base d'aloyau, du filet mignon, du faux-filet et des côtelettes d'agneau pour n'en citer que quelques-unes. De plus, il présente une table du marché gastronomique colorée avec une abondance de salades de saison, les légumes les plus frais, des plats d'accompagnement chauds, de la charcuterie, du saumon fumé et bien plus encore. It was a birthday lunch. Table was set up, service very good. The salad bar was decent, but for being a restaurant based on meats it was disappointing. Meat was salty and chewy. Couple others items were ok, dry or burnt. The staff was excellent.b My husband signed up for a bday discount and they wouldn't honor it. Do many other places to check, but disappointed.

This was our first time dining at Fogo de Chao. Our servers Tiesta, Ayla, and Lauren made it a special experience. We'll be back.

Service was slow on Saturday at 5:30 pm. They were very busy. We had to wait for them to refill salad bar. We had to ask for the meat we wanted because they were not coming to our table.

Zach and Luis were right there when we needed them. Our party of fifteen never experienced any long period of time waiting for anything. The food and drinks were superb. Even though we were there on a Saturday, the service was quick and friendly. This restaurant is my husband’s favorite and was his top choice for his birthday celebration.

We Had 8:00pm reservations and we were seated very promptly great host staff! As we got our drink order in I waited and waited for my family to receive drinks they received theirs and i still waited for a glass of wine to be brought and then waited again for a glass to pour it in.. lol When it came time to have the main course I’d say we got more mashed potatoes and fried plantains than meat lol not to mention you say rare or medium rare and here comes the sausage and more mashed potatoes and an over cooked sirloin and being asked again by multiple waitresses and waiters if I’d like more wine to wait and wait and wait more ! Even asking multiple times bring the skewers of meat around we continued to wait till right at the end I had had enough of waiting 1:45 min of dine in time to have enough to eat .. I didn’t come for the salad bar … thanks 200.00 not well spent

We waited a long time until someone took or drinks order. The meats are either raw or burned. This place used to be better.

Food was ok. Went in with high expectations based off of other Brazilian steakhouses and being in the area that it is. Server hardly checked on us and only refilled our drinks twice in the almost 2 hours we were there. Not a bad place just was a little underwhelmed with it being my 1 year anniversary dinner with my wife.
