Établi depuis plus de 35 ans, le Fogo de Chão est un Steakhouse brésilien, ou churrascaria, de premier plan spécialisé dans les viandes de grande qualité rôties au feu grâce à la technique séculaire de la cuisine brésilienne du sud du churrasco. Il propose une grande variété de viandes assaisonnées avec simplicité qui sont délicatement rôties afin de révéler leurs arômes naturels, incluant la spécialité maison le Picanha, à base d'aloyau, du filet mignon, du faux-filet et des côtelettes d'agneau pour n'en citer que quelques-unes. De plus, il présente une table du marché gastronomique colorée avec une abondance de salades de saison, les légumes les plus frais, des plats d'accompagnement chauds, de la charcuterie, du saumon fumé et bien plus encore. Des plats d'accompagnement du sud du Brésil sont servis dans un style familial, tels que le pão de queijo (pain chaud au fromage), la polenta chaude croustillante et les bananes caramélisées. My last experience here was good. I’m assuming since it was Valentine’s Day that is why my experience was not best. Very loud, food felt like it was “pumped out” all night.

Went for Valentine’s Day. Table was wobbly. It should have been checked by staff before seating anyone there. 15 minutes after being seated we had to flag down our waitress, so we could order a cocktail. The lighting was too bright - didn’t provide for a romantic atmosphere during Valentine’s Day. Also the steak (filet mignon) was highly salted and completely ruined the taste. I imagine they did this so people wouldn’t ask for extra of the expensive cuts. No lobster tail available from the indulgent experience, so we had to go with the basic instead. Overall - not worth the high price tag we paid.

Valentine’s Day is always busy, but the device none the less was excellent. We plan on going back soon.

We eat at Fogo de Chao all over Texas. We ate at the first Fogo on Westheimer in Houston shortly after they opened many years ago. Excellent. We recently returned. Still excellent. The Woodlands location just hasn’t got it right yet. The tables are too close together. If that is the only way they can be profitable they need to find another location with more room. Even though I mentioned the poor service the last time we were there (last Valentine’s Day) to the MOD things didn’t get much better. After we kept asking our sever Ayla for help she began avoiding us. Another server spilled water on my wife’s Mink stole. Fortunately she had turned it inside out. We will not return to this location nor will we recommend it to our friends and colleagues. Bill Bulloch 7135573373 (phone/text)

They kept bringing cheese and honey, we had to ask for the meat cuts, poor service. Not the first time visiting this location and this happening. We expected more for the price paid for dinner. They need to up their game with the service.

Lunch was a great experience at Fogo de Chao. The salad bar was nice and fresh and readily available. The service was great and they explained the menus available so you knew what to order. We’ll go back soon.
