We have been coming to this location since before the pandemic. But around 2023/2024, the food quality has gone down. The experience was also hindered because this particular night, the place was packed like sardines in a can. Not sure if it was building code violation. It was honestly a terrible ambiance. Some meats weren't seasoned at all, and we were by a wall so being seen/served was hard. Only got pichania like 2 twice but had to ask another server. Long lines at market table. It was so loud,about 78-83 decibels the entire time. Hard to hear anything. Would like to come back if next time it isn't so packed.

Very crowded and the tables and jamb together that people have to trip over each other. Wait staff did not come back to check on us for drinks or if we needed anything and had to squeeze out to asked for a check. Not up to the standards of another Fogo de Chao's we have ate at. Very overpriced for the hassle to fight to get your food.

The food itself was good. The market table is overrated. It’s a high end salad bar. The service really slowed down for us when we explained that we are sober and would not be drinking alcohol, servers delivered the first glass of water and did not come back. We had a busser fill our water glasses. The tables are so crammed in together. There’s no way to walk to the market table or not get bumped into from servers or customers getting up from their tables. We suggest you definitely make a reservation and utilize the valet.

Not sure if it was because they were extra busy for Valentines weekend but it took a while for servers to come around with meat. Not a great first experience there.

An absolute horrific experience. Whomever runs this place should be replaced. We had 9:30 reservations, waited an hour, finally left, and then got a text that our table was ready 1 hour and 23 minutes after our reservation time. And there were many other parties that left as well as many names were called while we were waiting and did not show up as they too probably had the same issue as us.

Fogo de Chão was an amazing choice for Valentine’s Day celebration without a doubt. It was excessively packed and we had to wait outside over 30 minutes past our set reservation time to get a table. They should not book beyond their capacity. Other than the wait and the overly packed room inside, the experience was worthwhile.

Had a reservation on Valentines Day for 8:15pm. Arrived at the restaurant to see 40-60 people standing outside crowding the host stand waiting for their reservation. I ended up waiting until 8:50pm before leaving with my girlfriend, I received a table ready text at 9:23pm. Just completely unacceptable

My boyfriend and I went for Valentines Day. We had a 6:15 reservation, however were not sat until almost 7:30. When we checked in we were told there would be a wait, but we were not informed it would be over hour. As you can imagine, it was not a delightful start to our night, especially when we made a reservation. When we finally got sat, we were greeted immediately by our waitress Ashley. She was delightful! Ashley turned our entire experience around. She had great drink recommendations, was very attentive, and effortlessly helped us forget about the start to the evening. The food was delicious. I think the bacon wrapped sirloin was my favorite, but I had so many delicious cuts of tender, well seasoned meat. I especially enjoyed the quinoa salad, the mashed potatoes, and caramelized banana. We will be back to dine again, hopefully on a less busy evening. We highly recommend requesting Ashley for fantastic service. Thank you Ashley for making our Valentine’s Day great. You took our one star wait to five star service!
