Le premier restaurant Fogo de Chao à Puerto Rico est situé au cœur de Paseo Caribe, le nouveau quartier le plus chaud de San Juan. This is my second experience and it didn’t go well. The waiters continued to ignore our specific table - going next to behind and next to us. I don’t wish to go the racist route but it definitely seemed so .

La actividad de la Caipiriña muy buena, muy buen ambiente y servicio. La gerente estuvo muy atenta en todo momento

We were there for the Caipirinha Party. Food was very good for the price and we received two complimentary drinks.

El servicio bueno, el ambiente para mí un poco fuerte y la calidad de la carne buena excepto el cordero que el olor era malo, lo más que me gustó fue el área de ensaladas y todo lo que ay en esa aré.

Loved the experience thanks to all the staff in Fogo de Chão! Went over for Taste of Brazil menu and they brought every cut of steak included on the menu and if they hadn't you could tell the waiters and they would make sure you got to taste it. Sometimes in these type of restaurants they forget about you but it was worth the visit. Will be back!

We waited a couple of unnecesarry minutes before we got seated, when we got seated and given the menu, they wanted to take the menu when we even havent looked at it yet, we havent even been seated for a minute and we had to ask for it again, then when we asked for the wine, they took some time to get us our wine, then they came with some food and we still did not even have any plates to eat, so MY PARTNER had to get up and grab a plate from the buffet for us to eat, they couldnt even bring it, then they brought us the wrong wine, we did not complain because it was a "cheaper" wine so we gave it no thought and decided to try it. I had to serve my own water and my own wine, ive been to the restaurant a couple of times before but this time i was desilusioned by the service and the low quality of the food.

The salad bar was excellent. Food and service were both good,. Unfortunately there is a terrible odor that apparently comes from the rugs or the place is in need of a deep cleaning.
