Le premier restaurant Fogo de Chao à Puerto Rico est situé au cœur de Paseo Caribe, le nouveau quartier le plus chaud de San Juan.     Outstanding Experience at Fogo de Chão, San Juan! Our recent visit to Fogo de Chão in San Juan was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a fantastic atmosphere. The food was top-notch, Fogo de Chão is known for the great variety of meats and the perfect seasoning on all the different cuts. The most important part that made the experience unforgettable was the impeccable service from the staff. Alexander, Victor, Kia, Ana, Xavier, Jaime, and Dane were all phenomenal! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, never letting our plates go empty and always offering the best cuts with a friendly attitude. Their teamwork and attention to detail were impressive, making the evening feel special and personalized. We had an amazing experience that we can’t wait to go back and have this outstanding experience again! If you’re looking for a place with exceptional food and a very personalized service, Fogo de Chão in San Juan is the spot!

    Very disappointed and very discriminating, never felt this way, to top it off it was my son birthday and he hardly didn’t eat, the services came with their portions of meat, repeating the same meat which we order the $39.99 deal and we didn’t even gotten that, we was mocked and talked on, we caught 2x one of the waiters with the manager pointing at us and talking about us, we had to ask 4x for Churrasco meat and we got ignored, literally we waited for like 30 min they kept bringing the same thing, very disappointed, I pay what I went to eat and didn’t even got what we wanted, got bad service , talked and pointed down on, and these are my own people, what a shame, this restaurant In Puerto Rico sucks, the others ones I’ve gone, way 10x better, shame .

    We were a group of 11 and were sat next to 2 other very large groups so the noise level was quite high and at one point couldn’t get out of my seat because tables were very close back to back. We had to keep asking for the meat 🥩 and different varieties since we got the amethyst which included all. If I didn’t ask for filet mignon, they wouldn’t have served us filet mignon. Never saw the chicken either. but it was time to pay after waiting a while for the check, I was told that 18% was mandatory as it was stated in a contract which was not, so I just left 15%, which was still $100. In reality, I find it overpriced since I didn’t even have 4 ounces of meat.

    This is my second experience and it didn’t go well. The waiters continued to ignore our specific table - going next to behind and next to us. I don’t wish to go the racist route but it definitely seemed so .

    We were there for the Caipirinha Party. Food was very good for the price and we received two complimentary drinks.
