Le restaurant est parfaitement localisé pour servir les habitants de la ville et les visiteurs, alors que tous leurs sens sont sollicités dans ce quartier animé qui tient plusieurs festivals. Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. Aujourd'hui, les chefs « gauchos » manient toujours aussi habilement le gril et taillent à votre table chacun des délectables morceaux de viande : la coupe picanha (surlonge de spécialité), le filet mignon, le faux-filet, la coupe fraldinha (la surlonge brésilienne), le cordeiro (l’agneau) et plus encore. En plus des plats principaux, profitez d'une sélection de salades gastronomiques de type « table du marché » et d'autres plats d'accompagnement authentiques brésiliens, ainsi que d'une carte des vins renommée.. Our experience is usually good when we come here, but it seemed like a really busy night. Was too crowded. The meat servers were not coming to our table. We had to tell someone twice to serve us meats. We didn’t get our sides u til we asked for them.

So was taking my wife here for her birthday and what a disappointment this was. 2/15/25 with 5pm reservations. If you guys want to go to a place where the guys with the meat completely disregard your table, this Fogo is the way to go. This was absolutely the worst service we have ever had at a restaurant. Literally trying to wave down the guys with the meats and complete turn your head walk the other way. These guys literally were skipping an entire section and the table next to us were having the same issues . Honestly all we could do was laugh at this point. These guys were so disorganized and it was such a disappointment. For the money we spent it was pretty sad. Even the bar food they didn't even have plates available for us to use. I get people being short staffed ect but I can tell you they were not short staffed. Shame on Fogo on the downtown location. It will be the last time I ever done here again. El Gaupo Gaucho for the win if any of you guys had suggestion. Also the filet migeon that was suppose to be medium rare was dry as dirt. The only person coming around was the picania guy which is literally their cheapest cut. A disappointing experience. And like I said never again will info to this location for the money spent. I hope you Fogo people at corporate and the managers read this!!! You guys have a lot of training and cleaning up to do and if that's not the case you the management really needs to take a look in the mirror and take the blame for this. My families owned a restaurant and worked busy times on Holidays ect and even for a Chinese restaurant it was never this bad service wise. Icing on the cake like I said was dry undercooked meat. To top off our night we also had a server ask if we needed a check 15 minutes into service and I was like "we haven't even seen anyone serve us food or come to our table and your trying to give use the check right now?" Pretty embarrassing Fogo De Chão and Management!!!!

We visit here many times. This time wasn’t our best visit. Although the servers were phenomenal, the pasadores seemed to always skip or disregard our table. I would see them pass by, our card was flipped to green, but they seldomly stopped by our table. Tables next to ours-yes. Ours-no.

Asked for a waiter twice and didn’t get a menu for 30 minutes, horrible service. The food wasn’t the worst thing in the world, very greasy. After going here, I’d rather attend a regular steakhouse.

What is the point of reservations if you are going to over book? We waited, along with 30+ other people all past our reservations. Ours was at 9:15 and was not sat until about 9:40, but we weren’t even sat in the nice dining room, we were sat at a janky table in the bar area up against a wall by the bathroom. Ordered drinks, and were waiting for the meats to come around…by 10:15 we still had neither and decided to just tell our waiter no thank you and leave! Very disappointed, poor management for a night like Valentine’s, overbooking isn’t going to make you more money, just leave many people dissatisfied and not want to come back. I’m glad we left before we spent $200+ !

Great service despite being busy for Valentine’s Day rush. A little loud, but expected with the amount of ppl there that night. Overall, good experience as always.
