Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. Aujourd'hui, les chefs « gauchos » manient toujours aussi habilement le gril et taillent à votre table chacun des délectables morceaux de viande : la coupe picanha (surlonge de spécialité), le filet mignon, le faux-filet, la coupe fraldinha (la surlonge brésilienne), le cordeiro (l’agneau) et plus encore. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The garlic sirloin and lamb chops were the best meats. The variety of sides weren’t that good and limited options. We were served the same meats in rotation for most of the meal, and it wasn’t until later that they started bringing out a variety of different options. The service was also subpar — our waitress took a long time to bring our drinks, and we barely saw her throughout the meal. For the price we paid, both the food and service fell short of expectations. I don’t plan on returning.

Second time here and it wasn’t the best. We got the full experience with all the meats and only about 8 came to our table with the rest circulating being the same thing. I asked for the cheese and honey 4 times and the waiter said yeah it usually comes out every 10 mins and it never came our way. I’ll pass on going back.

Everything was good but we kept having to wait 30 minutes for drinks. It was very weird. Our server kept saying he would check and then come back to tell us he would check again. Not very happy about that but food was very good.

They bragged about 16 cut of meats .. liar ! Only 3 beef (basic cut ) 3 pork, 3 chicken and 2 lamb … I paid $67 plus tax and gratuity honestly no worth it 😩 Salad bar nice

Loved everything we tried! Very friendly and accommodating waiters/ waitresses. They made sure we got everything we wanted and more. We went for lunch and felt it was a great value for the Churrasco experience. Would definitely recommend.

I had to legitimately get up and pour my own water as the waiter in charge of my section (5 tables) looked at me as if I was had a deformation or something wrong as he walked by over 10 times without giving me even a nod, a napkin or water. Keep in mind, I’ve already been here for 15 minutes at this time. When another staff member saw this from another section she came over and let me know that he had been removed from another table for something similar; my original waiter that I thought at this point was mute or that I had accidentally put on my camouflage outfit now was there interjecting into the conversation and asked “what’s wrong??” I mentioned to him directly at this point that he had walked by me multiple times and hasn’t acknowledged me and that I had to pour my own water that I found in a jug that I saw someone else set down. His response? “Oh well that’s fine” as he smirked like I was asking for permission to pour my own water.. I let them both know that no, it wasn’t fine and I would like to speak to a manager as I’ve had other similarly poor experiences here when it comes to service. A manager never came. To add, now that I had requested a manager; he never showed up again to my table yet continued to walk past me like I didn’t exist. I still tipped well as I believe the tips are pooled and I didn’t want the rest of the staff to suffer for his poor work ethic and attitude. It’s tough to find good help I guess. If you’re looking for good food and terrible customer service, Fogo De Chao might be the right place for you. Chao was a Portuguese word I think? To me it’s what they treated me like; a dog.

The restaurant has A LOT of seating capacity which makes for a lot of noise and waitstaff. The noise and busyness of the staff led to less than average service. One drink order never came and they didn’t explain how the table service worked which led to unsettling distracting atmosphere at the table. The meat was outstanding! We loved the salad bar-so many interesting options. I will go again on a Tuesday at 5pm.
