Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. Aujourd'hui, les chefs « gauchos » manient toujours aussi habilement le gril et taillent à votre table chacun des délectables morceaux de viande : la coupe picanha (surlonge de spécialité), le filet mignon, le faux-filet, la coupe fraldinha (la surlonge brésilienne), le cordeiro (l’agneau) et plus encore. En plus des plats principaux, profitez d'une sélection de salades gastronomiques de type « table du marché » et d'autres plats d'accompagnement authentiques brésiliens, ainsi que d'une carte des vins renommée.. This is my favorite restaurant right now in San Diego. I like to eat a lot of meat and this place allows me to do that. Tons of variety! The service here is really good! You can have a bad day anywhere depending on if the restaurant is understaffed or not, but last night they definitely were not understaffed and we had an amazing experience!

The website states vallet parking and they no longer offer vallet, so you have to park over 3 blocks away and pay $10 per hour for parking. The tables are too close together which makes it difficult for the servers to bring your food. The meat selection is great and the quality is good. It seems like the pace of brining the various meats is overwhelming and they need to pace it so that you can enjoy a slice before they bring you 3 more selections. By the time you get to taste all 4 meats they are now cold and you don’t get the flavor of “ hot off the grill”. A slower pace would make the experience much more enjoyable!

The experience was too overwhelming. There would be 3-4 staff at your table at all times. Hard to take a break and enjoy the food. . And yes I turned my card red occasionally but they would still act like vultures and assume something was wrong. I think I spent more time saying no thank you or we are find than actually eating. More the meat was under seasoned and not impressive.

I loved the experience here. All the meats were on point. Just make sure to ask for the Costillas (ribs).. bomb!!

The food and severs were great. Friendly and nice. But the only problem was a lady who came around with spem pineapple fusion drinks. My guest didn't want to say anything to the server about it but I wanted to. She paid for the meal even though this. The lady who came with the drinks did not tell us or have a sign that it want part of the dining experience we got. We assumed it was and took the drinks to find out later there was a very pricey addition to our bill. $29.50 for the 2 so called included deinks..... I wished we were told about that or had a sign on the ladies ttay. We would of denied them. As our bill was for a 2 meals 2 wines and those drinks over $160 was not happy about not being told about the extra costs.

Food was good however compared to another Brazilian restaurant I’ve been too the other option is my preference.

Delicious food. Lots of variety of meats. Excellent service from staff including hostess, when you walk in, they greet you with a smile. servers and Carlos are wondeful as well. Carlos is super attentive, he doesn't skip a beat. I like the value of wines,they have glasses of wine at just $8. Highly recommend it.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with our son on Saturday the 26th and I made a note at reservation the special occasion. When we sat, we waited for a period of time to be greeted and to order our drinks. The floor manager I believe came to check in on us after awhile and got us drinks and we mentioned it was an anniversary. He was really nice and congratulated us and reminded us to remind the server for a dessert. Our server finally “greeted” us but was not very warm. And I felt she was talking down to us or must have been frustrated with something when she got to us. 1) we had no plates and initially we thought there would be plates on the table. It has been awhile since me and my husband have dined at Fogo (and we were up all night/morning with our newborn so we were also tired when we got to the restaurant) so we just sat waiting for the plates to be given to us. When the server saw we were just sitting there, she said “well there not going to serve you if you don’t have plates” but was said in a very irritated tone. I felt she could have been a little more pleasant to remind us the plates were self serve. That was the initial interaction we had with her and it did not feel at all welcoming and could have been started differently in giving us a “gentle reminder” the plates were self serve. After awhile of getting our drinks, she took longer to get my son’s grenadine for her drink- which isn’t a big deal. However, when she did come with the grenadine. She said “walked past you” then placed on the table and left. After that, she never checked in on us or made eye contact with us or acknowledged us. 2 other servers and the floor manager when they did have time, refilled our drinks, cleared our table and brought us a dessert. (We were charged for the dessert even though we made multiple notes it was for a special occasion but oh well.) Just a little let down/upset at this last visit vs. how it normally is magical/incredible.
