Rosemont est le deuxième emplacement de la région de Chicago. Il est idéalement situé afin de servir les habitants et les voyageurs d'affaires. Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. My family has been going to Fogo De Choa for about 10 years. We have started going to the Rosemont location for about 8 years. The atmosphere, service, and food were outstanding until covid, and it has declined since then. The food is still outstanding. Unfortunately, the service has declined, and the server just ignored our table. They used to make sure you were not without the sides, and now you have to continuously ask for more. The furniture is falling apart, you should not have ripped material on the chairs, and the tables are terribly unlevel. For the pricing, this should not be happening. I'm very disappointed!

Under bartender was rude and unprofessional. Seating was awful. I was placed next to a pillar and the table was uncomfortable. Had to ask for tongs and water to be placed as table was not prepared before we sat down. Chicken was severely overcooked and over salted. Buffet was empty and needed to be refilled. Overall way too many people for this particular setting, which made dinner very rushed and uncomfortable.

Tables too close together . There was a confrontation and it got ugly. Managers took too long to remove the party. I would not be returning to this restaurant

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here. From the abundance to the service was an amazing. We celebrate all of our special occasions here and the staff always make our vist more than comfortable and enjoyable. We was met to each need and more. The staff always checked on us and they refilled the mash potatoes after they seen we had finished. They are consistent and pays attention to detailed. They definitely made us feel more than important, but we were well taken care of.

Second time coming to this location. The experience was awful. The food was okay this time around. Meats were not as flavorful nor well prepared. The service was the worst I had. I requested service items to arrive at my table but they never arrived. I was having dinner here for over an hour and the amount of times my waiter came to my table was probably twice. Had a bad experience here and this was one of my favorite go to places for dinner. Very disappointed in today's service. Will be taking a break from this location for a while, but hopefully they do better in my next visit.

Server was amazing. But chairs were torn up, the grilled seafood tower was over cooked as well as a couple of meats they brought out. The floor was slippery too, seems like this place is deteriorating.

We went here for a family dinner and while it was great being with family we were a little disappointed with the food overall. Salad bar was ok, not outstanding, and many of the dishes need to be updated with items that are more appealing. Steak was good (the chimichurri chicken was fantastic) but we felt like we had to chase down the servers with the cuts of meat we were looking for (we didn’t get the beef ribs until we had already checked out). Our main waitress was amazing, but we had an issue with another who refused to provide a box for my mother in law (who had ordered an entree, not the all you can eat) and we were really put off by the entire interaction. After a 700$ meal, not including tip, I would not return here and wouldn’t recommend.

Salad bar was excellent. Some meats brought to the table were good, like the chicken and pork. Some of the beef meats were overcooked and tough even though requested medium. Will go back and try a different dinner option. Not a fan of the Churrasco experience due to the overcooked red meats...

Fogos quality has diminished over the years. 90% of meat has little/no flavor. Waiting a very long time for the "good cuts" of meat and potatoes/bread to be replenished. Worst part was, servers got my bill wrong (overcharged me) and it took forever to TRY to get it corrected. I paid the bill in full, even though it was overstated, just to get out of there!
