Rosemont est le deuxième emplacement de la région de Chicago. Il est idéalement situé afin de servir les habitants et les voyageurs d'affaires. Le design à la fois contemporain et chaleureux accueille les convives dans la tradition brésilienne typique du Sud. Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. Aujourd'hui, les chefs « gauchos » manient toujours aussi habilement le gril et taillent à votre table chacun des délectables morceaux de viande : la coupe picanha (surlonge de spécialité), le filet mignon, le faux-filet, la coupe fraldinha (la surlonge brésilienne), le cordeiro (l’agneau) et plus encore. En plus des plats principaux, profitez d'une sélection de salades gastronomiques de type « table du marché » et d'autres plats d'accompagnement authentiques brésiliens, ainsi que d'une carte des vins renommée.. Very disappointed in this trip to Fogo de Chao. We were served only beef. Finally, we asked for pork ribs and was told they only had pork belly. We said, ok. It took 25 minutes to get the pork belly. Toward the end of our meal we were offered chicken. At the end of our meal we got the bread refill and that is when they brought the mash potatoes, polenta and bananas. We told them we were done and that should have been brought at the beginning. No response. Won’t be going back. Sad because it was one of our favorite restaurants.

Can’t go wrong, if you’ve never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, this restaurant will get you hooked on the concept!

Syncere Gaucho was a favorite for our kids and my husband! He always got their favorite cuts of meat and poured honey from above their heads. Great service, made things fun, and great for all ages.

It was ok. Very mid. Not a fan. For the price I’d so much rather go to Mortons or Gibsons. One person actually ordered sea bass b/c they didn’t eat meat. It was clearly frozen, not good at all.

Our waiter was horrible!! He was difficult to understand, we barely saw him, he was insulting and was one of the worst waiters I ever had. The meats were mediocre quality and were over salted to the point of not being edible. I do not recommend and would never go there again.

I was disappointed by the food. Not many choices for the carved meats for the premium price. I would rather go have a steak at the Capital Grill for the same price. Probably my last time!
