Rosemont est le deuxième emplacement de la région de Chicago. Il est idéalement situé afin de servir les habitants et les voyageurs d'affaires. Le design à la fois contemporain et chaleureux accueille les convives dans la tradition brésilienne typique du Sud. Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. Aujourd'hui, les chefs « gauchos » manient toujours aussi habilement le gril et taillent à votre table chacun des délectables morceaux de viande : la coupe picanha (surlonge de spécialité), le filet mignon, le faux-filet, la coupe fraldinha (la surlonge brésilienne), le cordeiro (l’agneau) et plus encore. Syncere Gaucho was a favorite for our kids and my husband! He always got their favorite cuts of meat and poured honey from above their heads. Great service, made things fun, and great for all ages.

It was ok. Very mid. Not a fan. For the price I’d so much rather go to Mortons or Gibsons. One person actually ordered sea bass b/c they didn’t eat meat. It was clearly frozen, not good at all.

Our waiter was horrible!! He was difficult to understand, we barely saw him, he was insulting and was one of the worst waiters I ever had. The meats were mediocre quality and were over salted to the point of not being edible. I do not recommend and would never go there again.

I was disappointed by the food. Not many choices for the carved meats for the premium price. I would rather go have a steak at the Capital Grill for the same price. Probably my last time!

We had a reservation at 7:15. We weren’t seated until 8:25. Their system of seating people was a disaster - very disorganized. There weren’t enough servers serving the meat. The hot foods in the salad bar were not being replenished. On a positive note, our servers were AMAZING, friendly, responsive, and courteous.

We waited over an hour after our reservation to be seated because they were running 1-2 hours behind on reservations. When we were finally seated, we were put in a corner where we barely got any service. We asked several different people including our server for steak sauce and straws..it finally got to us 30 minutes later. The hot bar barely had any food when we went up and we barely had any selection for meat because no one came to our table. The restaurant seemed completely unprepared for the holiday and it was a waste of our time. We paid for the full churrasco experience and ended up eating two pieces of meat. Very disappointed
