We had a reservation for 615 and we’re not seated until 635. wait staff slow in their handling of table. not a lot of variety and meats being brought around and many things on the list we never had the chance to try. When finishing up it took us 30 to 45 minutes to get a dessert menu in another 20 minutes after we ordered dessert. Then we waited another 20 to 30 minutes to get our check. But they were real quick after bringing our check to clear the table taking the tablecloth off the ugly table while my card case was still laying there. This is the second time we have been there in 60 days and service was awful both times. servers kept changing, possibly due to shift changes, but we never knew who was actually waiting on us.

I come for the meat & stay for the salad bar! I love the service and the drink menu. Parking is free which makes it all the better.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. For the level of restaurant this is, we would have expected better. We had to repeatedly search for our waitress. During the end a nice waiter assisted but at this time we were set to leave. Strangely, two waiters came over, each with separate bills for our table. They even attempted to charge us for six people when we were only five. Thankfully, I caught the error before paying. Overall, the service was inattentive and uncoordinated. I understand that they were busy but we were there to celebrate my sons birthday and this isnt the memory we wanted him to have.

I got to give it to the staff, they were all very nice and pleasant. However, it was a really loud and chaotic mess. It was an important day and I made reservations for 7. We checked in at at 6:30 and weren’t seated until 7:30. It’s hard to get through the restaurant because of the amount of tables and carts moving around, so getting to and from the salad bar was a challenge. We were not able to get drinks, aside from the ones we brought back from the bar, and it took a long time to get the check. By the end of the night I couldn’t wait to get out of there, but I did, without a drink, for 20 more minutes to have someone come back and pick up the check. The food was good, but my nerves are shot and I’ll never return to this location again.

Overall, very un impressed with my latest experience. The quality of the meat overall was average at best. Many of the cuts never made it to our table. Service was marginal.

We’ve been to this location many many times and I normally don’t complain unless the experience was just terrible. Tonight was pretty much that. We came to Rosemont to celebrate a birthday, paid for the full experience, and we hardly got attended all night. We waited over 25 mins for our drinks, we didn’t even have tongs on the table to get meat from the servers. By the time the servers realized we didn’t have tongs, the one guy was in the middle of slicing meat and then straight walked away from our table without a word. We were also brought Diets instead of Cokes, and then never brought the new drinks. We had to stop a different waiter that was walking around with a tray of cokes and ask for one of those. Another server leaned on one of the people in our party and actually brushed her shoulder with his knife. He didn’t even notice he did this… We were brought our check and then no one even came back for it… just truly ridiculous. I understand being short staffed but our area had a whole team of waiters so I don’t know what the issue was this evening but it definitely needs addressed. I meant to try to find a manager in the front but couldn’t even reach the kiosk where you check in because there was just too many people. $330 plus gratuity tonight for less than mediocre service

Pretty crowded night. I made reservations way before our dinner night & all of us (8 people) got seated into a very tight corner. The service was fine. The servers tried hard to keep up with the customers’ requests. It was ok but I’d expected better ambience

The staff was so attentive. Drinks were refilled without asking. It was my birthday and I chose the crème brûlée cheesecake which was seriously amazingly delicious!!! Of course the meats were fantastic too.
