Venez prendre un fabuleux repas au Fogo de Chão® de Rosemont, situé près de l'aéroport international O'Hare et à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons du DES Convention Center. Rosemont est le deuxième emplacement de la région de Chicago. Il est idéalement situé afin de servir les habitants et les voyageurs d'affaires. Le design à la fois contemporain et chaleureux accueille les convives dans la tradition brésilienne typique du Sud. Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. Aujourd'hui, les chefs « gauchos » manient toujours aussi habilement le gril et taillent à votre table chacun des délectables morceaux de viande : la coupe picanha (surlonge de spécialité), le filet mignon, le faux-filet, la coupe fraldinha (la surlonge brésilienne), le cordeiro (l’agneau) et plus encore. It's a huge disappointment. It was way too crowded. They added extra tables but made that made it almost impossible to move around. The lobby area had so many people, you couldn't move. Pointless to have reservations. Waited almost 30 minutes for a table. The food bar area was such a disappointment as well. Messy and empty hot food area. There was no bacon like usual, and when i asked for some, I was given cold bacon from the fridge. Like, really??? I asked my server, and he said he would get some but never did. My server suggested a get a double shot margarita. Welp, that didn't really happen. I received and read charged for 2 regular margaritas. Smh The overcrowding made it hard for servers to really give good service. I won't go back to this location at all.

Made reservations for 5:00. Place was and absolute zoo; waited for 45 minutes then left. Had impression they intentionally overbook.

I’ve been to Fogo Chicago several times and this was my first time at the Rosemont location. It’s a beautiful building and nice decor inside however the service and food selections do not match. Our waiter greeted us one time to take a drink order then never visited our table again. Another waiter who seemed to be checking everyone’s sections came and visited us after being there for 40 minutes. We informed him we still had not received our drinks to which it still took another 20 minutes before we received them. That’s just drinks… Food, we were greeted 6 times in a row for some Parmesan pork, 3 times for chicken thighs, and the same bacon wrapped sirloin 4 times before we got to see a top sirloin. You’d swear the bird flu we’ve been hearing about changed into mad cow disease the way this steakhouse was missing all the cuts.

Horrible absolutely horrible I had an appointment at 10:15 PM. They signed me down 30 minutes later at 10:45 then I had to pay valet when I didn’t even get to eat they placed me against the wall pressing into my forearm. Then I called in later to receive a complimentary dinner for the inconveniences. The manager hung up the phone on me. He was extremely disrespectful. He asked for evidence. I told him my table number he said no, so I’m not gonna be doing anything for you when I asked him to go look at the table because he asked for evidence to show that I was sitting uncomfortably and he disregarded it !!! Pathetic worse service ever the hostess promised me two options that either we come back and they’ll sit us down right away or come back Sunday with a complementary meal I was promising and I never received horrible service. I would never go here again Stay as far away as you can!!!!

Reservations on Valentine's day don't matter. We arrived and had a 30 minute wait with half the population of Chicago with us in the lobby. There was no real system for check in and we got very lucky to get checked in. When we told them that we had a reservation, they told us they didn't care. Food itself was stellar and meat came by every minute or two. Great taste. Service considering how busy it was was great.

We made reservation for 7pm. Restaurant overbooked their reservation and we weren’t able to be seated. Terrible experience.

Second time we’ve been here and first time was a better experience. Though it was Valentine’s Day, there was no special pricing and we thought that was a bit steep for the overall experience. Food was okay but most was overly salty. Service was alright took awhile to get some items. Again understand it was busy but overpriced.
