    We expected a lot more for the money that we paid. We had a reservation at 7:00pm but ended up being seated at 7:45pm... not sure what the reservation is for. They squeezed our party of 6 at a table in the corner where we were forgotten. The first thing we find are dirty forks on the table that they expected us to use. They still had food on them. My family went to the salad bar while I waited for the server so I can give him/her our drink order. He finally had a chance to stop by our table to take our drink order as my family came back to the table with minimal amounts of food from the salad bar on their plates. I went to the salad bar and was able to get a couple of things on my plate as there wasn't much to choose from since much of the food was gone. I went back a second time later to see if anything was replenished, and it wasn't. They may have put more food out and the other patrons took it, but I don't know. We also had to keep asking our server to ask the guys with the meat selections, to come to our table. When they did, they would always skip me and my son's girlfriend (the only 2 women at the table) just about every time. So we pretty much paid for a meal that we barely got to eat since it wasn't served to us, and there wasn't anything at the salad bar. They also never brought out any of the side dishes until the very end when we were about to ask for the check. That's when they placed a very small plate of mashed potatoes on the table. I had one glass of iced tea for $4.50 that wasn't refilled until we were about to leave as well. We also had to keep asking for sweetener. I understand it was Christmas day so I didn't say anything yesterday and we paid the check that was over $500 and we left. Then I thought about it today, and the entire experience just isn't right. We all went home and had to find something to eat when we got there. Fogo needs to do better if they plan to serve people on Christmas. Otherwise, they shouldn't even try.

    1. We did not receive all the meats there were to offer 2. Everything meat was picked and cut up by the time it came to our table 3. The servers were running people over 4. The servers were forgetful because they were over worked 5. The bread, sides, and most meats were cold when we received it

    Justin took great care of us, and Ana (Manager) also was outstanding in maintaining quite a orderly environment, given the ongoing Christmas crowd craziness. Christmas dinner was excellent! Thank you!

    Another Christmas dinner disaster. Won’t make this mistake 3 years in a row, next year. Booked my reservation weeks in advance. Even showed up 15 minutes early, and still waited for an hour and a half for our table. Staff was doing the best they could, but there is a huge disconnect in running this train the right way. Food was either rare or well done and this train wreck should never happen at those prices.

    Place was packed tonight. Good atmosphere. Service and meat selections was nice. Servers were friendly and cocktails were delicious. We initially thought we would wait 30 mins past our reservation time but ended up sitting 15 mins before the res.
