wait for 30 mins before seating even with the reservation and get there on time. very crowded, hopefully just because the promotion period and not much of the meat selection compare to before.

Waiter was very good very attentive, meat servers were hard to come by and somewhat overcooked ,one never came back when we ask for medium for medium rare steak...

It was too noisy, and we had to wait over an hour to get seated. Most of the steaks were also overly salty.

Not sure what happened to this place, but it’s went downhill. Had a reservation but still waited almost 45 minutes. Most of the meat was tough and lacked flavor. We didn’t see HALF the selection because they weren’t even coming to our table. Won’t be back.

Always love Fogo de Chao, but was our first time trying one of their special events. The service, food and ambiance was great, as it always is. The event itself was very limited on options and portions, and the staff seemed to favor certain tables over us. Very limited on the Wine selection and tasting (it was a Wagyu and Wine event) and the foods were bite-sized morsels and finger foods. If you love Fogo's foods, meats selection and portions, I do not recommend a special event.

Great place, but service has greatly declined and not what it used to be. I think the Frisco place is too big to handle that many people with proper service. Felt more like a cafeteria hall than a restaurant. And when so crowded, forget about getting any good meat. They kept offering pork sausage (even when I asked for no pork). Also, another observation was that you get 3 or 4 waiters that are no longer communicating like before. We repeated same orders multiple times and still got the wrong things. What happened to having a main waiter for a table? Why 3 who were all confused as a result?
