Corporate put out tons of two top tables in every corner of the place, servers could not handle the load. Our table was forgotten many times, waited 15 mins for a clean plate to start, got the wrong tables check (they had already left)

The service was terrible. They kept bringing bacon chicken when we specifically asked for ribeyes. When we pointed it out, they said they’d be back in five minutes, but the wait was long, and the service remained extremely slow. We won’t be returning.

Always a great place to dine and celebrate birthdays, valentines, etc. both this time. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is excellent. Walk around and shop after lunch/dinner.

Overall great experience. The selection of food was amazing, drinks delicious. But took awhile to receive our drinks from the bar . But overall beautiful experience; and the service was perfection. Thank you all for a wonderful evening

I understand it was Valentine’s Day but Braden was lacking the urgency, I was halfway through my experience and waited a while for my cocktail. Took forever to flag him down.

Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Most of the meats were chewy and tough, lacking the rich flavors we’ve enjoyed at other Brazilian steakhouses in the area. Additionally, we were seated in a corner and had to wait over 30 minutes before being served any meat. It wasn’t until the couple next to us complained that service finally picked up. For a $65 dinner, we expected much better quality and attentiveness

We had a good time, but it was Valentine’s Day and overcrowded. Even with a reservation, we still had to wait. They had tables set up in walkways. We were in a walkway and constantly had people flying by the table. I don’t believe this is a good idea.
